Nice little vegetarian place - obviously try the donuts! The coffee is served in trendy mugs. We went for breakfast and managed to get through a main as well as a donut. The breakfast beans have a very intense zesty tomato flavour so be prepared if you order them. The fresh pesto was delicious. The shop gets a little cold in winter.

I usually walk past DD on my way to work and sometimes drop by for a coffee. On this occasion with work, I ordered scrambled eggs on sourdough toast and a latte. We also got doughnuts to share. The eggs and toast were nicely done and coffee was good. However, I always find the doughnuts lacking in texture and flavour, being too crumbly and doughy, definitely prefer the softer Krispy Kreme type. The atmosphere is nice, with an indoor sitting area full of plants. The basket of eggs by the front window is also a nice touch. The service could be faster though. Overall a nice cafe for a catch-up.

Really loved this place! We sat outside on the pavement, in the shade on a hot day and it was perfect. The coffee was ok but the salmon and scrambled eggs were fantastic. Loved the small touches of pumpkin seeds. And of course, the doughnuts were divine!

Great atmosphere and fabulous donuts!!! Coffee is not too shabby as well! Worth a look in for a nice social outing in Canberra CBD.

Best donuts, best chai tea and chai latte in town run by the best and nicest people. Where else you can get scrumptious vegan donuts. Must try!

Nice people and the donuts look pretty, but honestly, they just don't taste very good. Tried a couple of different flavors (chocolate, Yuzu, and an apple fritter - all were the regular and not the vegan ones). The texture felt stale, or maybe they're normally dry and too bready? On the plus side, the frosting (Yuzu and chocolate) had good flavor, which was good because the dough itself was really bland and the apple fritter lacked apples. Plus it was really expensive ($15 for a fritter and 3 mini donuts (the 3 mini donuts were supposedly only an extra $1, so $14 for just one regular donut seems excessive, doesn't it??)). Maybe the vegan ones are better but I wouldn't go back and it was just too disappointing to even recommend it to my vegan friends.

Stopped in for a snack while waiting for my bus — such a cute cafe! The ambiance is comforting and my flat white was fantastic. Sadly, the lemon/rosemary doughnut I also ordered was not quite as satisfying. The glaze itself was nice; however, I agree with another reviewer that the consistency of the dough was more bread-like and chewy.. reminded me of an American bagel, if I’m being honest, and not the crumbly cake or light and fluffy yeast doughy-ness that I expected. I can’t speak on other food items on the menu, but judging from photos others have posted they look pretty good! Would visit again, but not for a doughnut

Very unique and creative menu! Their doughnuts are just amazing! It was my first time trying doughnut sandwich. Truly satisfying!

Great little cafe offering some truly delicious doughnuts.

With a variety of vegan friendly breakfast items, I decided to have the avo and mushrooms on a ‘doughnut’.

The flavours were pretty ordinary and the coffee was a bit average. HOWEVER what they do best is make some simply amazing doughnuts!

Generally with a great mix of vegan friendly options, the doughnut flavours are often unique and incredibly tasty.

If anything, definitely worth a visit for the doughnuts alone!

Came and had an earl grey doughnut which was nice although I wasn’t sure whether to eat the tea leaves.
