A terrific meal. Staff were lovely. Food fantastic. The lamb cutlets were absolutely delicious and the falafel melt in your mouth. We ordered a fattoush salad and the waiter noticed we had left a lot of the onion so he got another onion-free one made up for us, which we didn't ask for or expect. They also made up a meal for our kids that wasn't on the menu. A great dining experience. Highly recommend.

Very rude waiter. He tried forcing us to get a 2-person "special", which was very overpriced. He cared only about making a profit. He rudely talked back to us and then over us when we asked for clarification. This place might have good intentions, but seriously needs some basic skills in customer service. Reeks of male chauvinism, the owner and the waiters are all men. After his rude and disrespectful treatment, we did not order any meal, will never go back, and strongly recommend against this place. There are so many better Middle Eastern restaurants in Canberra, and where you can be assured of respectful and excellent service.

Incredible plates, very generous portions. The lamb I had was tender and very tasty. Nice decor and friendly waitstaff. The restaurant is spacious so it does not feel crowded with the tables full.

Best middle eastern food I've had in ages. So glad this has popped up in town. Would recommend the veg mezza! Falafel so light and fluffy, the eggplant dip was sufficiently smoky, the kibbeh crisped just right and the sambousek were fluffy, cheesy and tasty!

We walked past tonight and decided to give this little place a try and ordered the banquet - absolutely exceeded expectations - everything was delicious - the dips, lamb cutlets and chicken were perfect. Prompt, friendly service - very enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back! �

Fries were completely cold. Beef was reheated (the chicken was amazing though!). Tap water wasn't offered and we had to ask for it halfway through our meal. The waiter suddenly became very rude when we wanted to pay and made us feel like a burden and very unwelcome.
The potatoes were very yummy as well as the mouhamara dip (chili).
Not really wanting to come back but given the good reviews it makes me wonder if we just got a bad day.
