The Most Timely Demise

Stellar little spot to get fresh, real food. I will seek out this place for lunch over basically anywhere else, because of the beautiful variety of ingredients behind the window to build your own salad or wrap. Haven't found anywhere else in Canberra that's on par with The Goods! Thanks for another terrific meal, guys!

Healthy salads and wholesome meals. Select from a list of tasty menu items or create your own salads from the wonderful assortment of ingredients. The salads are not drenched in dressings and are wonderfully balanced in flavour, texture and colour. Great place for vegetarians also. Coffees are available, together with water on tap. Friendly crew who are able to assist and point out their favourites. Good clean seating outdoors.

YUM! Their coffees are consistently good! Regardless of who is making them. I haven't had a bad coffee from them yet. Very friendly for complicated diets. Just make sure you let them know if you have an allergy.

We were lucky to find out about this gem. We had our food delivered in great time by the very nice, friendly Klarisa who handled my queries and order efficiently and timely. Their catering menu offers great variety of tasty salads, wholesome food wraps along with many different sides and sweet delights to add (including lots of vegan options). Our meals were packed in 'lunch boxes' which consisted of bio packaging. It was a real treat for all of us - we love healthy food and the environment! I personally enjoyed dealing with a real person, no 'convenient' food ordering and delivery apps - no thanks! Now we're looking forward to dine in and enjoy their other menus.
