This wonderful place has helped me out more times I can remember by making the most mindblowingly delicious meals and delivering them cheap and quickly to my door. My children squeal with delight when we order the snack packs, they are bursting full of most delicious meats that melt in your mouth and are smothered with sauces. The chips are still fresh underneath and it pairs up beautifully with a salad and rice and the most beautiful Turkish bread I've ever had.
It's been great to order for parties and visitors and I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for coming to our rescue everytime making dinner has proved too much of a challenge đź’–đź’–đź’–

Just picked up a HSP for dinner to find on the second spoonful a large dark hair nestled underneath the meat. The lack of hygiene is unacceptable as this is the second time this has happened.

The first time I went to the shop, I was served by old generous lady, and had one of the greatest kebab. But after that I went to the shop several times, never met the expectations of that and the quantity and quantity kept decreasing at a point I have to give 1 star and stop going there . Might be Change in management has occurred changes here . Not recommended anymore.

If you’re on the north, why haven’t you come here yet? Recommend pick up as it’s cheaper and fresh

Best Turkish food after a long time. Amazing customer service by staff members. We ordered Special Banquet and we were spoiled for choice. The serving size was huge and it was great value for money. It smelled and tasted so good. Everything was freshly made and specially the salad was very crisp. Highly recommend this place. Staff is really awesome. For those people who prefer hand slaughtered chicken, all their chicken is hand slaughtered as confirmed by the owner.

This used to be a 5 star joint to which I compared every other HSP against in Melbourne. I believe ownership has changed and as such so has the meat quality, which to me now resembles more of deli meat than a kebab store.
The establishment used to offer a "special snack pack" 1/4 salad 1/4 rice and 1/2 chips covered in meat and sauce of deliciousness. This is now long gone and so is my 5 star review.

Attention: Don’t get HSPs here anymore. They have downgraded from 13” to 11” boxes. Absolutely appalled by the reduce in size and still charging at the old price of $30. There was also no signage about the reduction in size. Disgraceful. Definitely not coming back.
