Review Rashays Woden - Canberra

The coffee was really nice. The egg and sausage muffin though... the meat was really gritty and didn't taste of the best quality. I would go back to try dinner as the prices are reasonable. Staff were efficient and pleasant.

I love Rashays. Really family friendly restaurant chain and has a large variety of food you can choose from ranging from pizza, pasta, steak, schnitzels, burgers, salads and even crepes. I chose a voucher crepe today and some arancinis and theyv were great. Regards @fooderarri

Breakfast is fantastic. Really appreciate how you get what is advertised. What you ask for. A side of avocado and an actual half an avocado is served. Unlike most places that give you a watered down purée! Also the in-house coffee blend was divine. The lady that serves in the mornings is friendly and outgoing. Thanks for the service.

Salt and pepper squid salad was ordinary. Squid was dry and overcooked and salad wasn’t impressed. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken and mushroom wrap at all. The wrap was soggy. Feel like eating pasta instead of wrap. The taste and presentation of the dishes were so weird. The mock tail was ok.

Located adjacent to the food court. Amazing quality for an in mall restaurant. Indoor and outdoor seating. Food was absolutely amazing and offers a huge range. Staff were friendly and fast. Will be coming back.

Just enjoyed a Mother's Day afternoon tea with my daughter and it was perfect. The Bruschetta and vanilla latte were delicious, and, as usual, the staff were very gracious. The bonus surprise was my MothersDay gift bag with Rashay merchandise inside it. The mud cake scented candle is awesome! Thank you Rashays at Westfield Woden!

The staff service was excellent and were very understanding when I advised I did not like my meal. My steak was supposed to be medium rare but got served as rare and parts were still raw. The steak had very little flavour.

The quality of Rashays, especially this Woden restaurant has dropped significantly. Definitely not to recommend to anyone. Everything from food to staff attitude is quite poor. Ordered kid’s food and asked staff for picking up the order. The lady went away and started chatting with the manager without caring for the order handover. The manager and staff are quite rude, as they can see the queue and were still chatting instead to attend customers. Had to ask other one to get my order and it turned out stone cold. Even the dine in experience lately has been quite poor. The burger patty were rubbery and burnt badly, the food quality had dropped a lot. Real disappointment with this Woden restaurant.

Absolutely amazing service, always given 5 star treatment from staff and the food is to die for! Never felt so at home eating out! Will always come back here. (:

We tried Rashays in Woden Westfield in Canberra for the first and last time. First of all, they brought dirty glasses for the water with sauce stains. Second, all the Tabasco sauces on the table were empty! Literally empty with just 1 drop remaining in each, to the limit that we took from another table and they had only few drops as well! Third, we ordered BBQ meat pizza which was sooo oily and an avocado salad which had no taste and sauce. Fourth, we asked for some olive oil to use as dressing for our tasteless salad and the staff said that they don’t even have any olive oil in kitchen! Interesting! 🤔 Generally, I will never go near to this restaurant 👎🏼

Had a wonderful experience at Rashays last week.

Food-
I ordered the haloumi burger and was very pleased with the food. The burger bun was soft and easy to eat. Our table also ordered some sharing plates and they were all great too!

Service-
The staff were lovely and quick! I loved that they checked on us a couple of times.

Overall, great experience. Would recommend!

Tracey is friendly and very accommodating. Just started to stock Almond milk! Lovely breakfast with kiwi berry fruity tea!! Perfect place for a quick break.

Been there once and will definitely go again. Competitive prices and good quality. We ordered steak and ribs. Steak when well done was moist and tender unlike many other places. Ribs were soft but was sweet, will be better with more herbs. Lunch offers are comparatively better. We went for a late night dinner. Was impressed and will recommend to anyone who needs a good meal.Rashays

Been here a couple of times now. Meals are affordable with good portion. The menu is extensive and should have something for everyone. I’ve had their chicken avocado salad and chicken parmigiana with their special mushroom sauce. I also thoroughly enjoyed their fruity crush drinks - I have tried all three flavours and enjoyed the lychee one the most. Staff here are very helpful and attentive. They even have an activities book to distract the kids when you dine in. There is ample seating and the booking process is very simple through a call but they are usually happy with walk ins as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Staff need to be educated on their own stores Facebook offers as they still wanted to charge for a membership that they were offering for free. Server did not advise lunch specials are only available Monday to Friday and took the order as normal even though it was obvious that we were ordering from the lunch specials page. Food quality and serving size were both poor compared to the Belconnen location. The kid's meal of nuggets and chips came out with a hash brown substituting for some of the nuggets. The Kid's eat free offer on their Facebook page was not advised as being for Members only. End consequence was we were overcharged at least $10 for 2 poor quality lunches and $10 for a kids meal that should have been free. Called the restaurant afterwards as I had been trying to juggle our toddler son while paying to receive the standard fob off when clearly stating the situation. Won't be going back.
