Absolutely horrible, I ordered a free McChicken and asked to customise it but instead they charged for a second one, went up and confronted them and the manager was absolutely horrible to me. Completely disrespectful and nearly threw my refund at me. Absolutely horrible service and horrible management.

Fast service, the food was hot and seemed to have been cooked fresh. There was seating available so sit and eat our meals in the food court.

Fast service but nothing special. Maybe because it's set in a fast paced busy food court it's hard to have any sort of interaction with staff besides telling them what you want to order. They don't seem to smile much and looked stressed. Feel a bit sorry for them to be honest.

Check your food properly before eating. Ordered the toasties and found long hair on them. Even one on potato chips.

Visited Sunday morning at 9:20 for breakfast. Just the single manager on duty doing everything from serving, food preparation and coffee making. A very poor look. Not surprisingly our order was wrong, some food was burnt and the coffee tasted terrible (noting it usually isn't great but this time was not drinkable). I really felt for the poor manager stuck dealing with a dozen other customers so didn't make a fuss then and there, but a tip for the future is to check how many staff are working before placing an order.
Update: some months later, very similar experience. 20 minutes for 2 coffees is a joke

Doesn’t live up to the reputation. I waited 30 mins for 1 order even though there were 3 people waiting and was not busy and the guy sitting on the counter was so mean. Also I got an burned chicken on my wrap.
