A must visit for locals and visitors to Canberra. Vinyl lounge event was amazing, and interesting which they hold once a month on a Friday night. There is so much history in this Iconic building. The cafe has decent food and beverages available. The Vinyl lounge night is great value, take your snacks and beverages in to this quaint retro decor theatre.

We have so many Australian memorable films and film moments that our trip here was sooo disappointing. There was nothing here. I would expect permanent exhibitions on display all the time that’s interesting. It’s a long weekend and there is nothing here to see. Waste of time.

How you have the audacity to charge people to see absolutely nothing is beyond comprehension.
The theatre was ok, however I could not see how the stairs would pass a safety test as there were no hand rails.
The other room with a few computer screens to play with was beyond comprehension.
Considering the War memorial and Canberra museum are free, you should hold your head in shame.
I visited the facility many years ago, was informative and interactive.
I shall be taking the matter further as the display is an embarrassment to Canberra.

Great displays on all the best Aussie movies with clothes and props
A selection of movies from each state in the late 50's playing at different times during the day
We watched Queensland and found it quite interesting for our age group

Went to the Game Masters Exhibition, let me tell you; I died then brought back to life to experience a reliving of my childhood then died happily again. I spent a solid 4 hours and 30 minutes there playing the games. What’s amazing about this exhibition is that once you got your ticket, you can renter the exhibit whenever you want from 10-4pm.
It’s sticking around for a couple of months, I suggest you Gamers to get a chance to play the classics before they disappear

Great little theatre. Visited in the evening to see a screening of the big bike film night. Quite comfortable, lovely location, good parking however it was after after-hours, so I don't know what it's like during regular business hours but lovely place to visit.

Absolutely love this place. They have awesome exhibitions, like the recent Gaming Exhibition. I as well as my 7 year old loved the range of gaming on display and the nostalgia was off the charts with the old classic Cruisin USA.

A really fun space. They have interesting exhibitions as well as occasionally hosting movie screenings too, sometimes outside. Potentially a missed destination for passers-by but worth a drop in! Also just got a loyalty card going
