They are very helpful when you order your food, when you are using the kiosk.
They have a drive 🚗 through, get all your McDonald's food and all the hot or cold drinks.
I have some time breakfast there, and love the Big Brekkie Burger 🍔, and cappuccino. Come in side have a nice breakfast 😋.
They also serve Big Mac at lunch time, come in for the food, get some Nuggets.

It's McDonald's so it's what you expect from their menu. Nothing great or fancy though is open late when nothing else is.
This store can be very busy late at night with peeps returning from bars and other events. As such this restaurant can be less than tidy and clean.
On this visit, the male restroom was out of order and let's just say you wouldn't want to change your baby's diaper in the parents and disabled room. It was no where near sanitary. Sure the staff were busy trying to get meals to patrons, however a quick clean up of the tables and a visit to the restrooms with a mop wouldn't have gone astray.

Not the best maccers, food and service not at its best. The service was slow and the server cant even hear us even we were screaming out our order in the drive thru. Then the food was something else, fries were so dry and cold, the burgers we ordered the vegies were dry and stale. The drinks were water diluted and the latte ice ..dont know what that was. Definitely won't be coming back.

McDonald's Braddon at Canberra

It is definitely just a stone throw away from the serviced apartment we stayed in the night before.
Our travelling group have our McDonald's breakfast before we depart Canberra.
There were only one or two other customers having takeaway breakfast when we were there. My wife and I ordered McMuffin with Bacon and Egg, and free senior coffee.
The staff did check to ensure that both cups of coffee were for senior consumption.
Serving trays were not used, probably due to Covid pandemic. However, I believe it is an overuse of wrapping and packaging materials. Each muffin is wrapped, and the two Muffins were placed in bag. The coffee in a cup with lid, and bothculs were placed I in a specially designed box-tray.

There was still fast and prompt service from the staff, even though it was midnight. The food was acceptable quality, but otherwise appreciated after an impromptu bar crawl.

McDonalds management need to come and have a look at this place. Granted I’m not looking for a high end dining experience but this place is so far away from any standards that Maccas has, it’s like they are in the middle of closing it down. The McCafe is closed, the place is dirty (including the drive-thru area that we walked past to get here), the staff are unhelpful and the machines they want you to order from work intermittently. Avoid at all costs regardless of how convenient you think it may be!

Very mediocre McDonalds at best. For convenient late night food it alright but the attitude of the staff really needs improvement. Luckily there were ordering machines and contactless payment options here, so I didn’t experience any of the order mishaps. Only the McVeggie was somewhat worth it but the chicken wrap was really abysmal. Soggy un-toasted wrap with just 2 measly pieces of chicken and old veg.
Just observing the staff, they are very disorganised, can’t even give a proper reply to a simple question. Either hire more people to take more shifts or properly designate the roles. The table surfaces are not cleaned and the 2 trash bins always seem to be full.

Worst Drive Through service, every second time something is missed from the order and you can’t validate the whole order (specially family meals) due to long queues and no parking available around the area.
