Review Limestone Cafe & Bar - Canberra

Great central location to everything. Rooms may be slightly dated but are well maintained and clean. Staff were all extremely friendly and there is a great restaurant and bar on level 1 which serves some great food! Indoor pool and spa as well on level 2 which the kids really enjoyed. There is a small gym there as well. Parking is an additional $27 for the 1 night we stayed. Overall very satisfied and would be back

Beautiful room, comfy beds, crisp sheets. Decor is a little outdated, but comfort is more important to me. The bath was big, toiletries ample in supply. The towels were large and fluffy. The pool and spa is a fantastic addition to a stay in the city. Lovely and warm on a cool day out. Will stay again.

Nice place! They have a nice pool to get in and if you don't want to get cold, then you can hop in the spa or you can go into the sauna. Living area is small but spacious. Would be better if they had bedrooms. Good place to stay at if your looking to stay at Canberra.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for our one-year anniversary. The hotel did provide us with a complementary bottle of champagne. The swimming pool and spa were also very nice, however, these were the only positive aspects of this hotel. Parking was horrendous. $27 per night, just for no parking spaces to be available. Took roughly half an hour just to park my car, and had to get the help of the front desk clerk to do so. Pancakes and an array of pastries were promised for the breakfast buffet, for which we paid $30 per person. Absolutely not worth it! The "buffet" contained cold bacon, cold eggs, toast, and dry croissants. No pancakes present. Room service was also not available, which was not advertised prior to our booking. This hotel is completely overpriced, as they charge for every little addition to your stay. Nothing is included. There are much better hotels in Canberra. Very disappointed, as we expected this to be a four-star hotel.

This was our first visit to Canberra. Me and my partner were over to see her family and friends and decided to stay at Novotel Canberra. Location : 10/10 , very well located, has amazing restaurants nearby Service : The staff are very hospitable, but would like to thank 2 people specifically. Nora who was beautiful at the desk, super friendly and gave us a lot of information. And secondly the restaurant manager Rahul, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a terrific meal, off hour coffees and even offered us takeaway fruits for our picnic. Hotel : is a bit old, but we really enjoyed the warmth it had to offer. Parking is a bit tight too. Although highlight of the hotel was the service, Right from housekeeping attendants to our breakfast servers. All of them were lovely. Keep it up Team Novotel . Will definitely be back’

Central location close to everything, restaurants, shops, transport Gym was sparsely equipped (more like a home gym) Nice swimming pool, spa, sauna Excellent service. We would highly commend the lady named Boran for her service. It's the service that helps with return customers Bedroom & bathroom were good, good water pressure. An update might be required for the bathroom though Very good restaurant (the service again was great) It's definitely on our return list

The hotel was clean and functional but rooms were very dated. I had booked a queen room for my young son and I but our room had a double bed and a disability access bathroom with a shower that looked like something out of a hospital, which was disappointing. My son really enjoyed the indoor pool area and it was a great location so close to everything. Staff were friendly. The carpark was a bit hectic and a big disconnect from Reception so checkout was complicated with several trips up and down in the lift with luggage and a child to get my keys and find my car.

Awesome location right in the midst of the city and light rail stop. Great facilities and nice views from the rooms with balcony. The customer service is great especially at the front desk. Great decor and facilities like gym. Nice ambience.
