Great service, amazing coffee and delicious food. They were roasting coffee beans at the front of the cafe when I was there and after talking to the owner he mentioned that he has been blending and roasting coffee beans for 13 years. I will definitely be back. 5 Stars

One of my favourite dishes is the Cosmo Burger. Simply delicious. Love how tender the beef patty is.
During my last visit I also ordered the steak sandwich. Great flavours overall but the steak itself was a bit hard to chew.

Cafe is right on the corner of the busy Castle Hill centre. It's a classic Castle Hill cafe that hasn't disappointed me yet. Carbonara is rich and the burgers will satisfy your cravings.
Can’t have enough of their French toast, and very delicious pancakes, very nice coffee we love going there for breakfast, friendly service and nice atmosphere, if you love French toast please go and visit Cosmo Coffee, I promise you won’t be disappointed 😊👍🏼💞☕️
OMGSH!!!! The churros here is so damn good!!!! Way better than the previous place I went to. It’s so crispy, has cinnamon and so gobsmackingly beautiful!!!! I also had a ‘Fun Fest’ shake with it which combines milk, ice cream and maltesers I think whilst my friend had a cookies and cream shake.
The coffee is good. You can also buy fresh coffee beans from them. Nice place to sit, relax, have a cup of coffee and chat. The food is average and on the pricier side.
Good fresh food. Nothing special - all very average breakfast meals. Not packed and easy to get a seat. Coffee average. Lunch menu is extensive - bistro style. Expensive for Cafe food.
Nothing special, but nothing wrong with this place. Menu is not small but offers the usual cafe meals, nothing overly exciting. Vegetarian breakfast was tasty and cooked well. Nice selection of cakes and treats upon entering the cafe, which is inviting.
Cosmo Coffee! I don't love this place, but I definitely like it. For food, it's probably the best cafe in the Castle Towers precinct - honestly. I'm a big breakfast guy. I LOVE breakfast. And they just nail it.
The 2 images attached are the steak sandwich and the Cosmo Breakfast. Both winners. Their steak sandwich is one of the best in the game. You can bite into it and not worry about the rest of the steak pulling out from your sandwich. It's delicious.
Ambience is ok. It doesn't nail the whole hipster Cafe vibe, but it's alright. Coffee is not great. Especially in today's standards. But it's tolerable.

Great coffee. Friendly staff, nice decor, good environment to chill. I'd recommend it over the Baron next door, which is way too cool for its own good...meaning queues, dark, noisy corners crammed amongst wannabe cool teenagers with little to do beyond selfies
