Went there on a Wednesday night with a friend. Got the Pistachio white pizza and a pepperoni and cheese pizza (with added bufala mozzarella).
Great food, really enjoyed both pizzas and was surprised about the pistachio pizza which was a new taste for me! Excellent service and was well taken care of by a man called Sam. Definitely went above and beyond with everything.
Will come back again!
Excuse the lack of pictures as they were videos and didn't show the food properly and I could only screenshot this one picture of the pistachio pizza.
Although we visited on a busy Saturday night during the peak dinner rush, the waiting time was minimal and staff did a great job getting us seated quickly. Our orders were taken quickly and there wasn’t too long of a wait for our food to arrive. The meals were delicious as ever!
3.5 stars out of 5 would be perfect. Surprisingly, this was my first time dining at Crinitis & I enjoyed the food, wine & the atmosphere. It was a great night. Pictured is the (vegan) Spaghetti Pachino which was delicious. The table was also overflowing with dishes such as Linguine King Prawn & Chicken Lemon - red wine, garlic bread, pear & walnut salad & arancini balls 🤤 My dish, Chicken Lemon, was not very impressive (especially for the price!) I would love to try more of their pasta dishes next time I visit Crinitis.

Italian then a movie on a Saturday night - sounded like a good plan to us straight away. With this in mind we headed out to Castle Hill for both. Our food destination was Criniti’s - a name well known across Sydney. They’re on the bustling Piazza at Castle Towers with an indoor space and a large covered outdoor area for al fresco dining. As it was a stifling day we retreated to the cooler space inside.
I’m in love with their gnocchi 4 cheeses! The best gnocchi i’ve tried so far! Pizza was also amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Will recommend if you really want authentic italian dishes!
Really great pizza.
We ordered in the prawn, pepperoni and three cheese and each one was fantastic.
The rocket and pear salad was fresh and healthy.
If I could only pick to eat at one restaurant for the rest of my life it would be Crinitis. And if it could be one meal from there it would be their bufala and tomato bruschetta (honestly, no bruschetta compares to theirs - trust me I’ve tried a lot), fettuccini palizzi, and creme brûlée. The food is always great and the service is speedy (especially considering how busy it can get). The waiters and waitresses should really be recognised for their hard work - I’d be so stressed if I were in their shoes but they handle everything amazingly. My most recent experience was with a brunette girl named Milly - she was lovely, sweet, and helpful; she should be recognised for her efforts
I had heard bad things about Criniti’s but I was pleasantly surprised when I did visit. Food was delicious and fresh. Big serves - I probably would not order and entree and main again - and the ambience was great. I can’t say I paid too much attention to the decor as we were seated outside which was fine. Would go back for a special occasion but a little to pricy for casual dining when there are cheaper options next door.
Food service was super quick despite the restaurant being extremely busy. Had the 4 cheese pizza and it was outstanding, the flavours were the perfect blend of sharp and salty. Would 100% order this again.
✔️ Quick service, average tasting burgers. The brioche burger bun is beautiful, and the different sauces on the burgers worked nicely.
❌ Gluten free burger buns taste so horrible and rubbery (that's not really their fault that gluten free bread tastes like shit). Patties are way too thick for my liking it ruins the burger. Really nice chips but they were cold.

Last time I came here the burgers were an okay meal, but recently I keep finding myself coming back! Between 3 people we ordered a bruschetta pizza, a garlic & cheese pizza, mash potato and a fig salad. Their pizzas taste incredible, their thin woodfire pizza bases are one of the best I've had. We enjoyed the mash and the fig salad as well which was super fresh and satisfying. Perhaps their modern Australian food (burgers and steaks) is quite average however their Italian food is authentic and delicious. And still very consistent quick service. Thus, I've upped my rating to a well deserved 4/5.

I have recently found an obsession with their Nutella pancakes!! I think I've had them 4 times in the past month😂? Sometimes there is inconsistency with the cooking of the pancakes (sometimes slightly burnt) but overall I'm not complaining since it is such a satisfying dish with extremely generous amounts of Nutella, cream, caramelised bananas and their gorgeous vanilla bean ice cream. I can never finish all of it they're such a generous serving! Perfect for whenever I feel like a sweet meal any time of the day 👌
