Zen vibes. Zen place. Great place to chill and have some authentic tea straight from the mountains. Highly recommend.

A super nice place to study or have a nice intimate catch up with friends. They’ve got a huge selection of teas to choose from. Their chiffon cakes are quite good and not overly sweet. The menu overall is quite steep in price.
I had the Houjicha latte takeaway. Although a little pricy at $5 for a medium sized cup, the subtle roasted flavour was delicious.
Such a cute little tea shop right next to the train station. Came here for cake but didn't really expect much. Wow was I suprised. The chiffon cake was so good! The cream was so soft and smooth and not too sweet. Glad to have found this shop by accident and will definitely be back!
Traditional Chinese tea & modern souffle cakes served in a minimalistic cafe setting - interesting concept. Cakes have a subtle flavour (some may consider them bland) to not overpower the tea when paired together. Cafe is an informative experience with tea sets and quality leaves for purchase.
Very well made cakes and matcha latte. The tea and cake was served really quickly even though it was pretty busy when I came in the afternoon.
The matcha latte isn’t those really sweet ones you get elsewhere which I really like. 5/5 for the matcha latte!!
I got the black tea rose cake (I think ~~ can’t remember the name) looks and taste very nice. The cake isn’t too sweet either which is what I like but if ur after something really sweet for ur taste buds this cake might not be the perfect choice.
The atmosphere is very nice however when I came in the afternoon it can get really busy (almost no seats) ~~ so not super quiet but I guess if u come early morning I usually see the store being pretty empty as well.
Cake $5
Matcha latte $6

This cafe is one of my favourite spots in Chatswood! Hidden next to the station, it’s quite easy to miss this spot but whenever I go here, it’s always pretty busy. The cafe interior is sleek and decorated with tea pots and tea products that they sell. It is a small cafe and the tables generally only seat 2 people so if you are coming as a group, it might be difficult to find a seat during the peak hours.
cake is suuuper fluffy and the waitress kept filling our teas for us without asking; at least 4-5 times? it is a little on the pricier side though around $10 for a slice of cake
Simple and nice.
They do lots of kind of tea, you'll defs find what you like.
My favorite are just simple green tea and brend tea of Chrysanthemum tea.
Smells good and make you relaxed.
The Ciffon cake goes with tea.
Had a really lovely time at Tea Journal! Relaxed environment to enjoy tea, have conversations or simply study. Staff are in no hurry to move you on out of the store or make a purchase - instead they keep filling up your teapot with hot water so you can get the most out of what you've purchased. Good variety of teas and cakes to suit any budget.
My new favourite place to study - the tea sets you back to $8 a pot, and the staff come around to give you refills. There’s wifi and it’s spacious. The cakes are light and are a good accompaniment to the tea, but aren’t necessarily the best.
Bought king’s oolong tea leaves and Jasmine tea leaves. They are amazing!
Good 913 oolong fresh milk tea. Very close to Taiwan’s.
Really enjoyed the matcha milk tea with ice cream, they made it just right and you can really feel the effort they put into making these drinks... or maybe it was because i was the last customer of the day
The shop is tucked away next to a grill restaurant and you can easily miss the sign. They have a wide selection of drinks with a stronger tea flavour than most bubble tea places which I quite like. However, they are probably more expensive and the cups they provide have very little structural integrity. A normal drink will probably set you back $6.
Very good oolong tea drinks. Highly recommend best boba in sydney.
I really liked the boba that I had - I got the 913 King's Oolong Milk Tea and it was so good! One of the best I've ever had.
There are many different types of boba found at this store that you are most likely not able to find at mainstream places.
I also bought the King Oolong Tea leaves and I really like the quality and the uniqueness of the flavour.
The staff were friendly and were able to help me out efficiently.
I like the tea speciality culture this company brings. I also like that it is authentic to Taiwan.
I love boba tea so this store was perfect for me.
