Tried this place for dinner and was really impressed. Service was excellent and food was amazing. Baos and spring rolls were delicious. Vermicelli pork salad was full of flavour and a very decent portion. Pho was the right size after an appetizer. Will definitely be going back.

Really good! Great affordable and relaxed spot for some decent food. They have a huge vegan and veggie range but meat too. Highlights were the fried tofu and the prawns.

Friendly staff and great food . My sister in law loves the vegan duck pho and vegan coffee. My favourite is the pork bao . We will definitely come back 😊👍
Tonkin served delicious Asian-fusion/Vietnamese food in a cozy setting. Staff were friendly also, making Tonkin an excellent lunch/dinner choice.
Great place, cool vibe, nice decor. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. After advising I wanted the tofu pho but didn't like the mushrooms that came with it, he offered to switch it out for the grilled duck instead at no extra cost; offered fresh chillies and chilli paste; no problem removing coriander on my request. Phos were $12 and a decent portion size. Wine by the glass was around $9-10. No BYO as far as I could tell. Highly recommend!
Great place to get your vegetarian meal. Half of their menu is vegetarian/vegan dishes. The pho broth feels clean and different to your pho broth. The bun is refreshing and the grill beef was tender and juicy. The portion is a little small though.
The only place I know that grills beef for their pho, which adds a whole other level of charred goodness! Broth was delicious, spring rolls were great with an awesome crispy texture. I highly rate the food and if they had just opened on time and were a little more customer focused I’d happily give them five stars!
Deserves to be way more popular than it currently is. Vegan / vegetarian Vietnamese options (who doesn't love all those v words?) and great, friendly staff.

Vietnamese Coffee Martini- MUST TRY. Such a smooth and delicious drink! One thing I have always loved about Vietnamese coffee is the slight sweetness and amazing after taste. I really enjoyed my martini at Tonkin and would recommend it to everybody!

I think we went a bit overboard with food and ended up over ordering. I am glad we did though cause here are my must trys!
Vegan Duck Bao- A regular sized yet extremely flavourful bao is a must try when you visit Tonkin. It is perfectly made and so well combined. Highly recommend it!
Vegan Duck Bun- Another dish cooked to perfection. Tonkin has definitely nailed mock duck. Absolutely loved it and would recommend it.
