My wife and I go there in the mornings and sometimes during the day for a coffee and cake .. and sometimes a meal. Always friendly service and the staff are great. Sure it can be busy but I have never felt left out or missed. The coffee is good and the food tasty . We enjoy our walks to the cafe and the coffee and cake. Also a great 20% discount for pensioners.
I have always thought that they do their best in busy situations .. and this is good enough for us.
Every time I have been to Rocco's I have experienced nothing but 5 star service! They are always friendly and the food is amazing! Not just the burgers by the way, they have a great range of alternative foods! Will be a regular at Rocco's and will always recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in the area.

Took my 14yr old son for dinner at Roccos and he loved it. Roccos is suitable for pretty much anyone but will most likely appeal to the under 30's, having said that there is lots to choose from for just about anyone and they start at pretty decent prices.
We went on Thursday 2nd March 2017, walked in and had a lovely young lady direct us to a seat and provided both water and menus without being asked. After a small wait to check out the menu she returned and my son was chuffed that I said he could order first. He ordered and then she helpfully steered me in the direction of the veggie burger.
My son had the burger with the lot and I had the veggie burger. Both looked spectacular when served and I have to say mine was delicious, my son thought his was awesome. I ordered pineapple juice that came freshly queezed and cold on ice, it definitely hit the spot.

Venue: very nicely turned out that creates a nice dining experience
Staff: helpful polite and didn't leave us waiting
Service: quick and didn't wait too long for dinner to arrive, which when you have a teenage son is a bonus!

Have to say based on our first visit that we'd go back and would recommend.
