Great to be back in Australia to have Persian food in Doncaster! Delicious Ghormeh Sabzi
Came to this place so many times and love it every single times. The foods are authentic Persian. Baghali polo cook to perfection and shirazi kabab really tasty n juicy. The foods are always consistently good.

Absolutely love Persian food, honestly the rice they make is always perfect and fluffy. The lamb skewers are perfectly flavoured and cooked on a beautiful charcoal grill. The dips and bread that complement this are always beautiful and work with the dish.

We tried this place last week for the first time, and today ordered a delivery as well. While looking for the contact number I noticed some recent negative reviews they have got. Just waited to try the delivered food and then come back and write my review.....I found the food delicious and the staff very friendly. I don’t know why some people did not like the food, but I can definitely give thumbs up for the taste and the quality of the meat used in kebabs. The cutlery were well organised and cleaned, I found nil hygienic issue all round. I have been in other Persian restaurants in Melbourne, and can confirm Shiraz is among my top 3 in the list.

During COVID we had an amazing experience with the way conduct service.
They paid and send the food over in advanced as it was a special occasion for us and we did not wanted any unseen factors to spoil it. Their good service mad me a regular customer despite their relatively far location to mine
I've decided to post a review because I noticed three 1* reviews that are negatively impacting the total rating and were obviously written by the same family for reason only known to them. The restaurants are already doing it tough after this pandemic and it's such a shame to see mean people leaving reviews of dubious accuracy. My partner (who is Iranian) and me had zereshk polo and the food was really tasty, home-cooked style and high quality. The portion was generous and the rice they used was a real smoky Iranian rice. I highly recommend this place and please don't be put off by negative comments. We'll be returning for more tasty food!

Absolutely delicious! The staff are authentic and lovely people. My husband and I ordered the koobideh and tikkah with mezza plate. So much food and full of flavour! Please do yourself a favour and come here for dinner!

My family and I have visited several Persian restaurants here in Melbourne, and so far Shiraz has consistently been our #1 choice. The food is fresh, full of flavour and it transports you to Iran and back with just the gorgeous aromas alone! Highly recommended!
