Have to wait for 45 Minutes sitting inside just to get a fried rice not happy at all!! also I noticed that take away orders were given priority over people eating inside. food was ok though
Awesome place. Great food, I mean like look at thus humongous barramundi! Service was awesome too, the lady actually ran after us with the scarf I forgot. The interior is not terribly impressive but who cares if the food is good and the price is right!
Great Thai restaurant with variety dishes. Large portions and great value for money. Highly recommend penang lamb curry and whole fried fish, so good.
My favourite Thai place in Melbourne. Roti and peanut sauce is so yum!! Fresh and crunchy vegetables. Friendly service. Overall to enjoy a catch up with friends over dinner. Highly recommend this place.
Great food for the price. Very consistent with good portions. My go to place for takeaways and byo sit-in the last 2 years. Nothing majorly fancy but you get a nice dish every time.

I love this place. Great food, very comforting. It isn’t showy or special but great for a take away or casual meal. I always get the veti fried rice never disappoints. The portion are very large, usually I can have two meals form the one. I have been in person many times, the atmosphere and decor really aren’t great service was good thought. Would recommend getting a takeaway form here.
Our go-to takeaway place. Nothing fancy, but good, well-priced food. Portions are big, with plenty of meat. Recommend the curries and Pad See Ew. Always bring cash as they offer a discount for cash payments.
A good consistent local Thai restaurant. Veges are always fresh. The Pad thai chicken and red beef curry are our favourites. Decor is average, however we mainly order takeaway.
D’Gusto Thai (122 Ormond Road) is one of the many restaurants in Elwood Village. It serves a huge range of freshly prepared Thai food, including all the usual favourites: soups, curries, stir fries and a great range of entrees. The restaurant is an average size and is mostly just clean and simple, with dark wood tables and light walls (there were a few random rubber ducks and balloons scattered around, which I personally think they should get rid of as they don’t seem to fit the tone of the rest of the restaurant, or Elwood in general, and just looked messy). It has the great advantage of being able to open up the whole front, keep the restaurant cool and bright. We arrived pretty early and the place was empty, but soon busied up with couples and a couple of families with teenage children. I would advise booking if you are a larger group as most tables seemed to only seat two.
Always have a great meal! Love the curries (red curry and green curry are my favorites) and when wanting a big veggie intake the pad satay is beautiful!!
