What's not to love about this place.
Cool ambiance, unlike most Vietnamese joints that we get to know.
Attentive, warm service.
Good food, absolute value for money, sure it's not Vietnamese, but $17.00 for a Lamb Shank, and those wonderfully presented Vietnamese classics.
Back again 29/06/2020.
Ordered the red wine beef brisket pho and the short ribs pho. Both unbelievably delicious. Probably one of the best quality phos in Melbourne! Super friendly service. Definitely will be back!!!
I have heard of this place from a friend about their pho which was described as authentic as the ones could be found in Hanoi. I actually had no idea how an authentic pho tasted like but I enjoyed the traditional bowl from here. Staff was nice and friendly
We ordered the Hanoi traditional chicken pho and the Thin’s style beef pho. The food was really nice and reminded me of the Northern’s style food that I love. The service was quick and friendly. Will definitely comeback.
Best comfort food for Melbourne rainy winter. Reminiscing a bit too much about home. Generous serving, the broth could have been amped up with a touch of spices. In generally, very full-filling.
Been here several times after my friends recommended. So I had a high expectation on the place and since i am a Vietnamese. And let me tell you it will not disappoint you at all.
Food: pho Thin is the one i would always come back to try it. The flavour brings me back to the time i was in Ha Noi. The beef broth was extreme rich and balance as well as the meat. The noodle however was little bit chewy. On second visit, beef Pho Ha Noi, similar to Pho Thin but the meat was better in term of flavours and texture. The price is more expensive than other pho place which i can expect from the place.
Overall, the place looks clean and neat. Decoration makes me feel at home and excited. The customer service was good and friendly. It is one of the best places to have pho in my opinion
Great food & awesome service! We tried the taro bombas , beef pho,the pork hork curry and the ox tongue. My favorite was the pho !Would definitely come here again !
Very authentic Hanoi flavour. The noodle broth was so divine, the sweetness in the soup comes from the bone not MSG like other Vietnamese restaurants. Very warm welcoming service.
Food here reminds me of the plastic stools of Ha Noi streets, minus the humidity. Nice touch with the bia hoi glasses guys. Good to have Northern flavours added to Vietnamese offering in Melbourne.
A place you can keep going back every week, for a quick bowl of pho for lunch or a weekend dinner with friends. Unexpectedly good beer list for a Vietnamese restaurant.
