Experienced top service when I visited this Nandos. A lot of the time I am disappointed in other Nando outlets - but not this one. Tuesday day time staff rocked. I’ll be back!
This nandos is my favorite in the area because it’s always consistent with chicken size/quality and the chips are always fresh!
I get mild + BBQ basting mixed together to get full flavours. The restaurant is always clean as well
What can I say, food was great as always!! We ordered the Tear & Share Platter (whole chicken) and a side of sweet potato. We asked if we could get breast pieces instead of the whole chicken. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and told us that it was no problem. We sat down and in no time the food was out, we also received a bowl of chips on the house. The waitress came and checked up on us to make sure we we’re all good with everything. It was the first time going to the Footscray Nandos and I have to say I was very pleased with the service and food!

I often come in with family which they cater for all our needs and are flexible with seating arrangements. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Service with a smile.

The perfect Nando’s. Without fail, the many times we have been here, the food has been prepared and cooked to perfection. Nando’s Footscray has perfection as their standard and I always enjoy every choice I make in my visits.
The team are friendly, efficient and work well together. The atmosphere is dynamic and the music makes my shoulders move as I utterly enjoy my meal.
And a massive shoutout to all the crew, will always have this Nando’s as my “Home Base” Nando’s
I used to only enjoy KFC, but during our long lockdown, I started trying other chicken outlets. Some I liked, others not so much. I decided to try Nando's because they had a free delivery offer via their app. I really like their lemon and herb chicken, so tasty and moist but most importantly, healthier than fried chicken. Like another chicken place, finger licking good but without the oil. Now I order pick up from Footscray, usually half a chicken and some broccolini. By using the app, I get points which I have used for many free meals. It was my birthday this month and I received a $15 voucher. The staff here are very friendly and remember what I usually order. Although I have never dined in, the area is always best and clean.
I've always loved Nandos chicken, it's the unique Nandos only peri pero basting they use on their chicken that sets them apart from your other typical chicken and chip shops. I ordered a full chicken with "hot" as my choice of basting, with two of their side offerings in this case being peri peri chips and spicy rice. They also have quite a few other choices on the menu which include awesome chicken burgers and wraps, to chicken tenders and wing, etc etc... prices are reasonable I think for portion sizes which are on the medium side. Chicken is offered in lemon and herb for those who can't do spicy at all. Highly Recommended for those in the search of great Portuguese chicken! As a side note staff were very courteous and service was quick and top notch.
So glad that this outlet has reopened, popped in today (23/07) and the food was outstanding. The staff were also spot on and very well organised. Was going to the Docklands outlet which was ok but Footscray has delivered very well.
It's rare that I write reviews, but I just had to in this situation. There was a man that served me and my mate at about 3:30ish today, and the gentleman (I believe he was the manager) that served me gave me the best customer experience ive ever had in fast food.
He asked if we needed a moment, didnt push us, took our order well and confirmed it, offered us a seat while we waited. And then we listened to him training a staff member how to cook. He did it flawlessly, didnt micromanage him, was kind, used inclusive language, just how one should be. He then gave us our burgers and wished us well, and it was the best burger from Nando's Ive ever had. I dont eat at Nando's a lot, I'm just hoping the company sees this and gives him a raise since they dont actually allow feedback on their site. 5 stars for a job well done.

Excellent food. The staffs are so generous. A bit difficult to get the parking especially on weekends and holidays. However, you will enjoy Nando's chicken!.
