Great coffee and my breakfast of poached eggs, bacon on sourdough was cooked perfectly. Enjoyed going on my morning walk with my dog, stop for breakfast sitting on the outside table and my dog was welcome. Nice to have a place with good food, drinks and dog friendly.�
We checked it out this place today and am so very glad we did. The service was efficient and friendly (thank you to Nicole,our very lovely waitress). The food was cooked perfectly, both the meals we ordered were cooked to perfection, obviously with love and care. This little gem of place needs to hold on to their chef as she was pumping out great meals. Hubby even had a bit of food envy as he spied a Thai Beef salad go out to another table, think he might try that next time. Well done Round About Cafe I can see why the the place is buzzing with activity.
My husband and I pre-pandemic would consider this one of our favourite places and are thrilled to get back there. Their ever changing, seasonal menu is diverse and brings new delicious creations each time. Their speciality events/evenings like tapas night are a blast, great people, incredible food, awesome vibe in a beautiful location just across from the pond. This place 🙌

Great coffee, fast and friendly service, tasty frittata and gorgeous duck pond perfect for a pit stop with the kids.
The cafe is bright, spacious with a clean and simple set-up. Brunch plates coming out of the kitchen looked great however on this first occasion, I only popped in for a quick coffee and frittata to go. Both latte and frittata were unexpectedly REALLY GOOD! In addition to the made-to-order, there are plenty more heat & go options from the fridge.

Nice cafe tucked away of the main area in Frankston. The food is great with a range of sweet and savoury. The pancakes fluffy and benny tasty.
I have eaten at the Round About Cafe many times. It's a great meeting place for family and friends and offers a wide range of fantastic food. The coffee is grouse, the food is too and the service isn't to shabby either. Give it a go.
Can't fault this cafe. Excellent food and friendly staff. Too hard to choose, I will visit again (and again) to try different things from a very good menu.
Scrolling through local café listings in the area I came across the RAC and decided to give it a shot. I noticed plenty of locals seated outdoors which was a positive sign, we walked in and waited to be seated.
The waitress allowed us to choose our own table and promptly brought over house water and menus. Offered to order drinks shortly after so the service was duly appreciated.
I had the scrambled eggs with confit mushrooms and my partner the eggs oceanic. Both meals came out quickly, modest dish sizes and well presented. The dining area inside was quite noisy and with plenty of people traffic for takeaway coffee, I'd suggest dining outside in future.
Love love love this cafe. Service is fantastic and staff are so friendly. The food is always delicious and I love the choice of frozen margaritas. I've honestly never had a bad meal from this cafe and I've eaten from here a lot since Covid started. Love it and highly recommended!

Beautiful brunch place! We had the calamari salad, BLT and a cappuccino. We asked for the music to be turned down which made it hard to talk, but the staff was great and quickly turned it down a little. Will be going again~
Hidden gem for sure! Got the smashed avo which was lovely & a dirty chai. Was just powdered chai but still nice

Nice, easy-going environment, friendly and attentive staff and the food is simple and amazing!!! Not to mention they cater extremely well for gluten free and vegan choices. Oh, and the coffee rocks!!! Just a little noisy when full, but only due to bad acoustics which some ceiling boards would fix.
