Sensational wine selection and great vibes - not enough alley winebars like this around town, especially with such passionate staff
Saw these guys in broad sheet so I thought I’d better check them out. Lived up to the expectations, owner Marc even better looking than in the photo!
It's a little out of the way, but it's worth finding Luton Lane wine bar. It's such a lovely venue... small and intimate, but cosy and classy as well. There is comfortable seating, and also room to stand and mingle. We found it a great spot for pre dinner drinks, but there is food available here also.
The bar staff were great; friendly and chatty. The drinks list is great and we enjoyed some lovely wine as we enjoyed our window seat. It was reasonably busy, so obviously the locals know where to go for a nice drink or two. Luton Lane wine bar is a great little spot, and we will definitely return now that we've experienced the fantastic hospitality.
Such a lovely space in the heart of Hawthorn with a great selection of wines, food and fantastic service. I had a selection of food which were all delicious!
Lovely wine bar and delicious food. Had a lovely aperol and some nibbles. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back soon!
Was glad to be able to try this place out as my friend booked through The Fork app so we were able to get 50% off the total bill. Before we came I was slightly worried that the food would mainly be bar tapas which might not suffice for dinner but it turned out that everything was just around the right amount and tasted amazing. Ordered six shared plates in total and each of them was delicious. The broccolini was a bit raw though so that wasn’t as enjoyable. Service was friendly but could have done with more enthusiasm, however there was only one waitress working so maybe it was stressful. Loved being able to sit outside and enjoy a nice glass of white wine each along with the lovely food. Highly recommend this place to anyone who likes good tapas and wine.
We had our engagement/farewell party at LLWB the Saturday just gone, in the afternoon. It was great! The staff did an excellent job, venue was really beautiful, we had probably about 30 people there at the peak of the party and it was cozy and comfortable for our group. Food is delicious, especially the burrata. Thank you Joe, Cam, and all the other excellent folks at LLWB. Cheers!
With great tapas and drinks menus and chill music it was a good and relaxed place to meet up with friends at the start of the night. The staff were friendly and helpful with drinks and food choices.
Nice cosy bar for catch-ups with friends. Great food, wine, cocktails and service. Inside AND outside seating with heaters! Under cover too! Nice during winter in Pandemic times :)
What a great little bar in the laneways of Hawthorn and the new chef serving sensational food. Drinks list was also very impressive. Look forward to getting back there soon.
