Held my son's milestone event at this awesome place recently. Totally flawless service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. The food was top notched as usual. Highly recommended if you are after good authentic Malaysian food, great atmosphere and hospitality. Thanks so much to Danny and his team.
The food here is so good and reasonably priced, especially the lunch menu. Danny and the team always go out of their way to provide excellent service. Always feel looked after, love this place. Highly recommended :)
Named after the Malay word used to congratulate, “Tahniah” lives up to its calling by being a place perfect for celebrating and sharing good food.
The menu features a variety of South East Asian favourites including hawker style food as well as main dishes to share with rice. We enjoyed the selection of entrees which we devoured very quickly. Of particular note were the succulent, aromatic, freshly grilled chicken satay skewers which we slathered in the decadent and perfectly spiced satay sauce.
Very authentic Malaysia food!!!!!!! all dishes are well made by chef.......... the taste has been well executed. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!!!!!
The nasi lemak is a must try dish here. Crispy skin tumeric chicken, spicy sambal plus the aromatic coconut rice. Simply delicious! Oh yes, and what a presentation of the dish. Love it!
My husband and I had the Nasi Lemak and Curry Laska. The fried chicken in the Nasi Lemak was really good. The chicken in the laksa was on the drier side but the laksa itself was smooth and creamy. We were presently surprised by the avocado ice cream which had a well balanced taste with the honey. Will be back again with the kids.
Now I understood why Nasi Lemak is the signature dish of Tahniah by grace. Amazing with sambal. Go for turmeric chicken. Personally I am crazy fan of it. Cheers
This place is wonderful! It's decked out beautifully, the food is delicious (especially the yellow vegetable curry) and the staff so very friendly and attentive and so professional. Will definitely be going back again.
The best Malaysian food in Camberwell/Hawthorn. This is my 2nd time here. Love it !. Lunch is very fast and the cheapest & very tasty Malaysian food I have had.
I would recommended Malaysian food lovers to check this restaurant out.

Tried their Curry laksa, Nasi goreng, nasi goreng kampung, asam pedas ikan, CKT, nasi kunyit, and nasi lemak. Brought my Malaysian fellow colleagues over to the restaurant, we all agree that this restaurant is one of the most authentic Malaysia makan place.
Amazing Laksa! Worth the slightly higher price. Menu looks quite pricey but based on the quality of the Laksa it seems worth it. Great addition to Camberwell.
A great new addition to the Camberwell dining scene. Food is well-presented and flavours are on point. Both the village fried rice and avocado ice cream are worth a try! Much of the decor is imported from Malaysia, a good effort to be authentic and setting a pleasant ambience.
