Haven't been to the Pot for ages and it's been a pleasant surprise ... Delicious small dishes for sharing between a small group or you could order individually as well. Unfortunately they are going to be revamped again with a brand new Italian look/menu so looking forward to trying their new venture soon

Always a good atmosphere and feel. Service was great. Food was good but maybe not as amazing as we thought it might be. We were just on veg and fish dishes only. The Brussel sprouts dish is awesome.

Excellent lunch at The Pot, wait staff were friendly , professional & informative. The food was exceptional, started with Fried Pork Bun, not what I expected but very tasty. Lamb Shoulder for main was tender & combined with grapes & Cayenne sauce an interesting combination with sweetness & bite. Bread & Butter pudding to finish & I was content & full. Highly recommend, I will be back soon.

My partner and I are pursuers of food pleasure.  We enjoy travelling the world and trying new restaurants and were introduced to The Pot last night.  We simply were in a world of culinary rapture and recommend them highly!  Our waiter was great. Praham I think his name is.  So helpful with guiding us through the menu - both wine and food.  We started with the light Aperol spritz, followed by the Skillogalee Shiraz which were good choices.  A complimentary baby turnip with a myriad of different flavours had us hooked at first bite.  We knew were in for something special.  On to the starters - we shared the pork and cabbage roll and the Port Lincoln sardines.  The Chuck Steak burger and the pulled lamb dish with grapes were divine.  Crunchy potatoes and a delicious side salad completed our meal.  No room left for dessert but we were thrilled by this meal.  Taste sensation.  Even this morning over breakfast we were still raving on!  5 stars.  Welcome to Adelaide!

Great dinner place for some asian inspired dishes. Friendly service. Memorable dishes of the night was the goat curry croquette which had one of the best curry i have eaten. Perfect amount of spice and filling. Another dish was the singapore chilli crab papardelle. Handmade pasta which was done well and crispy fried soft shell crab . Definitely one of the better crab pasta dishes and comparable to Press blue swimmer crab papardelle. If you like the press version , you will like this one too. Pork belly was excellent . We ordered 3 out of the 4 desserts and the best is definitely the passionfruits souffle with chantily cream. Could easily eat the cream on its own. The peanut butter parfait was a standout as well.

It’s only on a rare occasion that I’ll get really excited about a menu – you know, when you read a menu and you want to order pretty much everything on it – well it happened again on the weekend – at The Pot, King William Road. The Pot has been around for quite a few years now and it’s always served quality food but I hadn’t been for quite a few years until I went in for dinner about six weeks ago. I had a really good meal and I told everyone I came into contact with afterwards that they must go! My lunch on Sunday cemented, for me, that The Pot is a really good option for a vibrant, relaxing and tasty experience.  I’m such a sucker for Asian-inspired food and this is modern food with a pretty strong Asian influence – and it all looks pretty sexy too.

Revisited an old favorite again this weekend. Now known as The Pot by Emma McCaskill. I must say - we were disappointed. Previously, part of the appeal was being able to select a variety of small portions/share plates. This option is now obsolete and replaced by a rather small menu. The food is still of a high quality. I had a lamb main which I quite enjoyed, it just didn't seem as special as our old favourites! My fiancé ordered the wagyu rump, the steak was cooked well but the portion size was tiny! Service seemed to lack a little bit from our last visit (12+ months ago) but overall was still pretty good. If you were a fan of the restaurant previously, it may not quite meet your expectations but it is still worth a visit.

My favourite place to eat in the whole of Adelaide. The absolute best food is served here, and even though it's a little pricey, there is an 100% guarantee that it's worth it. I've been here a ridiculous amount of times and never once has the food been anything less than perfect. There is also an extensive wine list and comfortable seating, allowing you to make the most of your time there. The breakfast menu is also amazing, and definitely a must have on weekends. Some of the best dishes include the wood grilled salmon belly, char grilled Berkshire pork belly, crispy Hanoi duck spring roll, and my personal favourite Sticky beef dumplings. Also for dessert, the Nutella créme bruleé. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and after being there twice for breakfast, server Louis greeted me by name and asked if I wanted the same meal I had eaten the past two times (I did). Absolutely amazing, if I could give The Pot more than 5 star, I definitely would.

Nice little spot, has great potential. Food is well presented and lots of detail but just a touch low of flavour or wow factor. I feel like the tapas offerings are a touch expensive but there's a lot of work in the dishes.... The tasting plate option is probably the better choice and I look forward to returning in the evening. Nice staff although he was a bit rushed, seemed like just one waiter to look after the whole place.

We had the tasting menu with 7 plates over 4 courses and paired wine. Everything was super delicious. Loved the asian influence in many of the dishes. The only thing that would have been nicer was the lamb, which was slightly dry. The chicken was super tasty, and was the highlight of the meal. Great wine and cocktails too!

Awesome food. Service was great. Tried the tasting menu and I highly recommend it. If you appreciate top quality ingredients and clever tasty food you will enjoy yourself. You will need to book. The restaurant probably only holds about 20 people, so rocking up with 10 people without a booking will be difficult.

Great food, wine and staff. We only had some dumplings there, but if that was any indication of the quality that the kitchen puts out then we are very excited to return. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable. This place is up with my top 10 eateries right now.

Great atmosphere, with a fix of casual and fancy. Could not fault the food, except serving sizes could have been larger - but that may have just been what we ordered. Staff were super friendly and helpful - overall, very happy!

This place serves amazing food! Went here on a Friday night - the atmosphere is great (although a little noisy) and the food is awesome. We chose from the a la carte menu rather than the feed me and we were really happy - portions were great and, with a bottle of wine between 4 plus 1 dessert and coffees, the bill came to less than $60 each. The let down was the service - consistently slow and un-attentive.

I have been coming here for years. There's always a good selection of delicate foods, great wines, and exceptional quality staff. Even after they clean the coffee grinder, and coffee machine, they will make you the best Espresso Martini you have ever had!
