Lovely staff, great food. Will be going back when in Ipswich next.
Awesome experience tonight at MoI! Was pleasantly blown away by the ambience, service, and delicious Indian vegetarian food! Will definitely go back! Thanks for bringing a quality Indian restaurant into Ipswich CBD!!!
After noticing this new Indian restaurant on a TV show recently I made a mental note to visit, as I adore Indian food. This restaurant has made it's home in an old public house on Brisbane street Ipswich & they have done a splendid refurbishment, capturing a very retro atmosphere of days past. Our order was the vegetarian thali. Three curries cheese, dhal & mixed veg, all intricately spiced with finesse, along with a rather sweet raita, rice & naan. Only fault for me was no fresh chillies on tge side, I was offered a hot chilli sauce instead which tends to take the focus of those spices. Other than this compliments to the chef
We are having lunch right now and I couldn’t wait to leave a review. The food is amazing and full of flavour. The portions are very generous and the staff friendly. As a bonus, the kids can draw on the paper 🙂 will definitely come back! Thanks!
Service was good but when the waitress served our curries her nail tip was in the bowl which set us a little back but I guess it’s kinda not her fault because bowls didn’t have handle to hold. I didn’t like the taste of malai kofta but my husband liked it. Dal makhani and other stuff was delicious.
Some of my favourite food to look forward to! Amazing flavoursome food and authentic, also a really nice dine in experience. Definitely the best Indian in Ipswich and a must for anyone that loves Indian cuisine 👌
We had the non veg banquet, more food than we could possibly eat, took heaps home. Quality, some of the best I didn't we've had. Service a little slow, but they were very busy, so acceptable. Well be back
The best Indian I have had for ages! Great service and even better food. Would highly recommend this restaurant - just wish it was closer to home so I could come more often
What a pleasure to experience this hidden gem in Ipswich, today I experienced the most authentic Indian cuisine that I’ve had the honour to enjoy here in Australia 🇦🇺 in 16 years.
Congratulations on a professional restaurant, well run by a proficient young woman with great local knowledge. My only sadness is that your not close to where I live.
A destination it is! Keep it up Chefs , it’s clear to feel the love & passion from the owners, it resonates in your work.
A thousand thank you’s
Chef Alison Garner
Always love this place. I’ve never been disappointed. They don’t normally sell chai tea, but the chef kindly whipped some up for us on request. Love the interior as well.
Really good. Would have prefered more heat in the curry. When you ask for hot and get mild at best soured the experience a bit. Still tasted good and friendly staff ☺️
Update: takeaway order - was good definitely tastes better in house the naan was very doughy for some reason but overall a good feed
