Gunners & Arms, top place for a meal. I have alot of Food intolerances & they were so accommodating to my needs & so understanding. Our meal was spot on, delicious & juicy. Great value for money.Service was friendly & happy. Thankyou for a top night š
Went to the Gunner's arms a little while ago.
They serve alcohol. Which is pretty convenient for a bar.
I get the general impression that it's a pretty good bar as there's a bloody Yak's head sticking through the wall.
Obviously he was in a bit of a hurry to get there and missed the door.
He shouted me a drink, and as you do at a bar, we had a bit of a yak.
I ended up a little too drunk to drive, so I bought some strange dude a dozen drinks to give me a ride home. Didn't take too long before I started to regret that deal. Wrote off that dozen, bought a Yak saddle (yep, sure did), and ol' mate yackety yack gave me a lift.

Went for the monthly pagan dinner and impressed is definitely one of the words I'd use, great service, brilliant time management of having nearly 50 ppl eat round the same time, staff know when to crack the whip and when to have a laugh with us was impressive!
Delicious Parmi with pineapple and perfect chips. Kidās parmi and kidās pizza were both generous sizes + delicious.
I've yet to be impressed with the meals. They are okay; I wouldn't go here specifically for the food. But it's a nice tight pub with plenty of outdoor space. Free function rooms as well. Also, cider on tap, which I appreciate.
Cheap beer, good selection of pub food, great that you can sit outside in an undercover section.

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Lacks a bit of atmosphere but overall good place to hang out with mates.
Good food, great service, very friendly and helpful owners. I will plan to return soon.
