Great coffee and friendly service. Had avocado on sour dough for lunch and it was awesome. Perfect place to enjoy a little bit of peaceful and quiet life style.

Absolutely wonderful environment friendly staff the mechanic next door is brilliant to talk to always Heritage cars parked out the front or in the workshop some motorbikes to look at fabulous food and great coffee
This is a quirky cafe with really great service. The staff are friendly and chatty.
The cafe is attached to the mechanics and has a really quirky/interesting and inviting interior. You could comfortably sit in here for a time, eat drink and while the time away.
The coffee is good and affordable, the food fresh and made on-site.
There is also ample outdoor seating for enjoying the sunshine
Love this place. Warm ambience, friendly staff, cool customers, and best of all excellent coffee (better than the Auction Rooms). The food is also great, the baked Sicilian eggs for breakfast is a real winner. Definitely worth a try if you’re in North Melbourne.
A retro little cage tucked around in a back suburban street. The history of the place is evident in photos an artwork on the walls, and the auto-business origin of the Cafe is on shown through classic cars displayed in a garage beind the bar. Only went there a few times for breakfast, but everything I tried was excellent. Coffee was excellent too. Staff is friendly, funny and very welcoming. It's only a very small Cafe, so I hope you can get a table; they will accept reservations though (well, they did for breakfast). Definitely a place I'd return to and recommend.
Just yum, visiting from Sydney and this place lived up to it's reputation!
Only been to this place once and went back the second time today. Just when I thought I was sitting there wasting time to wait for someone to come take my order.....instead I noticed the waiter walked straight towards me with an already made hot chocolate in his hand that I ordered the last time I was here. He absolutely exceeded my expectation and delighted me 😊 he remembered me and initiate a warm, engaging and attentive conversation with me. Absolutely dazzled.....his name is Sam. And I highly recommend everyone to give this place and his 6 star service a try 👍👍👍
