Me and my recently single friend decided that the 'Winter of Love' dessert was perfect for us, so that we can pray while making us feel better 😂

LOVE:
🔸The cornflakes gives a nice crunch against the soft serve, and there was a good helping of it!
🔸The mangos were nice and sweet

FEEDBACK:
🔹The mochis were a little watery and it tasted a bit bland by itself, was better with ice cream in every bite

A nice dessert shop in Chinatown with a huge range of Asian desserts. We enjoyed the matcha and red bean parfait with milk jelly and vanilla ice cream. It had a good combination of flavours and was a decent serving size for the price.

Cute and creative dessert bar! The waffles are always my go to and I love that lots of the dishes come in multiple flavours. They’ve just introduced a delicious range of teas too for winter or there’s always their long standing hot chocolate which is a very sweet syrupy drink and adorable with the little bear.

All the whacky, wonderful desserts your heart could desire set in the middle of China Town. From cream to cola, the beautifully presented sweets take a Japanese twist featuring flavours, like matcha and red bean, and you’ll find plenty of tofu too. We tried the Blueberry Kiss (with blueberries, cream, shaved ice and cola) but one can’t go past the ‘Sweet Mammals’ range: hot chocolate with either a kitty or polar bear marshmallow float. TOO CUTE!

Really cute Asian dessert restaurant In Chinatown that’s pretty well priced, most items are between $6-$10 and are fairly good sizes. Love coming here for the cuteness factor and trying their seasonal specials. Service can be a little rushed and inattentive.

Chinatown is renowned for having some of the best Asian food in Melbourne, and the Dessert Kitchen could probably take the title for best desserts. This venue is only small, but has a constant stream of customers happily lining up to get inside. It doesn't open until afternoon, but is open well into the night, which is great for sweet tooths like me who are looking for that sweet treat on a night out!!

We were welcomed inside and quickly given a great table near the window, so we were able to watch the crowds go by. But once we saw the menu, the people watching stopped. This is an impressive list of delicious Asian desserts. Very different to what I'm used to, but amazingly tasty and pretty too. With lots of different flavour combinations, it was a difficult choice. We started with a rockmelon slushie and the signature hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was very sweet and came with the cutest marshmallow polar bear... very photogenic and an Instagram dream!! The slushie was cool and tangy and nice to cut through the sweetness of the desserts.

We chose the chocolate sundae, which was a towering masterpiece of softserve icecream, coco pops, jelly and a chocolate wafer. The ice cream was so delicious, and we loved the additional textures of the different layers. The strawberry pudding was a delicious treat. Layers of pudding, coconut jelly and homemade strawberry ice cream, this dessert was more subtle in it's sweetness, and the strawberry ice cream was actually quite zingy and fresh.

We also had the Bailey's crepe cake, which is a new addition to the menu. I've had crepe cakes before, and this one didn't disappoint. A beautifully soft texture, creamy filling and a glimmer of boozy Baileys to really up the decadence level!! I forsee this being a real winner.

We loved the bustling ambience and the staff were so cute and friendly. People didn't stop coming in the whole time we were there, which is a testament to it's popularity and the fact that Melbourne really does embrace different cuisines. I'm keen to return to try more of their interesting dessert options... I'm just not sure how my waistline feels about that.

I love that there's always something new and creative every time you go here. The shaved ice is my favourite long standing dish on the menu, but the waffles are always great too, and keep your eyes peeled for their adorable specials. (invited)

If you want to eat something sweet off the beaten path and something a little more authentic then come and have your dessert here. The staff are friendly but the place is popular so maybe ring ahead. It's open late too so you can let your dinner settle before splurging on something light and delicious.

Beautiful and tasty desserts, comfy place and good price !! totally recommend this place to get dessert but usually it's packed at night and they'll have a 1 hour limit for each group if they're full. Do try the grape dessert on the first page and also their Taiwan shaved ice !!

This dessert place promotes itself by saying that one of their dessert had won the 2009 dessert championship. We ordered that particular dessert and it is great. The purple popping balls at the top of the dessert is a delight and the mochi ice cream topping is great too. The tofu mango tasted authentic just like the ones you get in Asian countries. Food - 8 Service - 7 Vibe - 6 Price - $$$

Unique dessert specialty cafe. They serve a massive number of sweet and ice cream options. Either you looking to fruits flavour or a chocolaty flavour you will finds your desire. The waiter mentioned this cafe serve Hong Kong style dessert. We tried the waffles and Oreo ice cream, both taste delicious. The only negative thing is that they not serve coffee.
