This place has a variety of soup, rice and noodle options, with your choice of pork, duck, chicken or vegetarian. Dropped by here for some takeaway crispy pork and rice. A little pricey at $14.50 for takeaway. The pork was nice and crispy although a little fatty, and there was a bit too much rice. It was a great meal. I will try the duck next time.
Half decent roast duck in the Target Centre! Walked past here so many times and never even thought to stop because of its location. But it was decent. They gave me the drumstick as requested and it hit the spot. Minimum $15 on card transactions so just throw a dumpling on the side.

What a gem of a place. Was looking for a quick snack during lunch whilst we were shopping in town and came by this spot in the Target centre. The amount of bbq pork was generous. These were crunchy on the outside and gelatinous and super tender on the inside. A perfect accompaniment with the noodle and laksa soup was tasty also. A delightful surprise. Prices were fair for what you get. Will definitely be back again for more!
Ordered the soy sauce chicken with dry noodles. Service was extremely polite and friendly, and the chicken portion was generous. Chicken was well cooked and tender, and not too oily. The noodles were great as well. I like how they add vegetables on the side - it adds balance to the meal.
Very good laksa, good flavours, nice portion, fast service, reasonable price. Perfect winter food or maybe every time you crave for a bit of spice. Recommend.
3.5. I liked their roast pork and bbq pork dry noodles dish. Their meat is roasted there and chopped up on the spot. They flavours are really nice and their meat has lean and fatty balance. The shop has been here since I was a little kid!

Service was good, staff were friendly & courteous 👍 – despite being very busy her meal was ready in 5 min 👍. J struggled carrying her enormous bowl of noodle soup, so a staff member helped her get it to her table (amazeballs)!!!!! 👍👍👍
Vegetarian dumpling soup noodle ($12.50) > Plentiful thin hand made noodles had a silky texture. Lots of soft eggplant chunks, nice okra, fried shallots & plentiful Asian greens. Soft & moist tofu squares were abundant & the vego broth was very rich. There were 3 large vego dumplings which had green wrappers & a mushroom, carrot & water chestnut filling. The mushroom was unusual, but tasty & made up the bulk of the filling. Very good (& great value). A return visit is required – with me involved 😋!
I’ve been going here over the years for their Yong Tau Fu. I always select the curry soup as it has a ‘laksa flavour’. Overall this dish is always incredible but it fluctuates in flavour whenever I’ve gone.
Despite this, the taste is usually really good. There are multiple pieces of food you can add to the dish which is always is delicious and cooked well.
The price has raised a lot over the years to. So this soup noodle dish is about $14.

This place has existed for a fair few years now, my favourite go to dish would have to be the Yong tau Fu range noodles and I'd always pick the ones I want rather than order the pre made one c: the curry was delicious, it wasn't spicy but was full of flavour!
Ordered half a duck from this outlet and we got quite a decent portion. The pieces were meaty and succulent, skin was crispy without too much fat. Price was reasonable as well. Would order BBQ meats from here again.
This place has been around for years and has always represented great value. Don't expect table service. You order at the counter, find a table, they call your number out, you collect your meal and hope no one has taken your table. For the price it is damn good.

Legendary small shop selling BBQ Pork and other Chinese roast meat on top of either noodle soup or dry noodle, even rice. Always love visiting this place since 8 years ago. My favorite is to choose a 6 items of various dumplings to be boiled in Chicken stock along with tiny egg noodles. The condiments like Chili oil and Hoisin sauce only accentuates the already flavorsome soup. Big portion too!
Grand BBQ has been around for ages, in the Target Centre. It's quite a small place and used to be hampered by lack of seating space, but now they've put big tables along the walkway for anyone to use, GOOD MOVE!
The crispy pork is always good here, my wife tried the Yong Tau Foo and was very happy with it. Good food, cheap price. Lots of other options too. Good choice for a quick Asian meal in the heart of Melbourne city.
Amazing food!!! Super tasty. A lot of choices and you can choose your own personal soup also. Love it!!!!
