Came here with a Groupon for A$6 panini and drink. The cafe doesn't look very nice, it's just simple. They could improve heaps by some simple changes in decoration and furniture I think, but maybe that's not what they want. The service was friendly. I took a turkey panini and a juice. The panini was ok. Nothing spectacular, it could've had a bit more filling to my liking. The juice was not fresh, but Australian made and they have a lot of choice in flavors. Good value with the Groupon, but I probably won't go back.
Lived around the corner from this little cafe. The coffee was always perfect and the meals- tasty and served with a smile. Homemade food far better than any of that fake, overpriced crap down degraves end of town. Wish we still lived near by!

Turkey Panini - 4/5 - I loved the sweet cranberry which added a perfect taste to the turkey breast & spinach combo. It was quite filling & even though I was hungry I could only eat half of it. So took the other half as takeaway. The only thing that made me deduct a point is the bread was a little hard for me. Otherwise flavours were perfect.
The staff was very nice & smiling. I went at about 3pm so only a few tables were taken. Somehow I felt the cafe had very positive vibes & I loved that.
Verdict - Definitely going back again! Highly recommended.
Bought a $12 Groupon Breakfast voucher to try this CBD breakfast cafe. Generous portion and friendly service. Average homemade quality big breakfast, nothing fancy but value for money to dine here w the Groupon deal, and they have free wifi. Presentation can be improved on drinks and food though.
Went in at 1:30pm today and it was very quiet, as it was already past lunch hours for office people. I ordered the eggs on toast with 3 add-ons: spinach, avocado and mushrooms. They were quite simple and nothing too fancy, but nice and refreshing. The spinach was water boiled and mushrooms only lightly sauteed, which is so much healthier than frying up with a lot of oil (common in big breakfasts). It may not be the thing for everyone, but it is definitely healthy. The avocado was fresh. The waitress and barista were friendly and polite! A great place for a no-fuss brekky or lunch in the city.
Fantastic and prompt service! The pricing is incredible - and they have $2.00 happy hour coffee! Whoa! Had a fantastic Soy Chai and a Pumpkin Salad. Both incredible. And the latte art was super impressive! Only downfall is the range, but hey as long as you can perfect what is on your menu (achieved!)
Went for breakfast at Cafe Bisqui. Very good service, even my fussy husband found the service to be quite good. Even to the extend of coming for a second and soon a third visit to this nice cafe. The staff are quite attentive and the milk shakes excellent.
As part of Bupa's best blog competition for 2015RNIS bought a Groupon for this cafe which was $10 for a meal and drink. Cafe Bisqui is just a short walk away from the MCG and ACMI. Here it is just a tiny little cafe which is homely. The kitchen is an open space. I came after 11am and it was very quiet. The service there was very friendly. The barista was smiling.

I've concluded that I can't praise this place enough. As far as I'm concerned it's an oasis on busy Flinders St. I've been here countless times and it delivers on all measures. Consistently. I had the oatmeal today. Gosh it was good. Superbly cooked. Light, creamy and delicious with lovely touches of slivered almond and strawberry with honey on top and maple syrup on the side. At $8 it's simply fantastic value and twice as good as some oatmeal I've had at more highly rated and expensive places. My request for some natural yoghurt on top was also met immediately. It was wonderful on the dish. The coffee I had was also as good as that served in much fancier places. Creamy and delicious and just the right strength. Superb. In addition, I've always found the service to be really terrific here. The staff are always friendly and engaged and typically quick to politely greet people, bring water to the table immediately and take and deliver orders speedily. I've never seen the cooking staff here but they too deliver every time. I've never had a bad dish here so they clearly do a mighty job. Not sure what else you can do in a place like this. It's terrific and it deserves to do wonderfully.
No frills. No fuss. No BS! The description doesn't lie. Beautiful but simple food.
