The food here was basic but got the job done. Not the greatest of mushroom salad as it lacked flavour and not the best toastie but kept us from feeling hungry and got us going. It was cheap enough to justify the quality. Yours truly @fooderarri

I can’t say I tried the food but the customer service was good and that’s all I can go on here. I just got a soda water which TBH was a little expensive. $4.50 for a small bottle seemed a little bit overpriced. The person that served me was quick and friendly.
Part of the Chadstone shopping Centre, in the food court area. Towards the outside of the food court. I always get lost in Chadstone so that’s all of got.

Ordered eggs & toast, pancakes, cappuccino. Food we well cooked and the presentation was great. An extra pinch of salt in the eggs would have been good, but still no complaints.

I wanted something quick and easy to eat for lunch while out shopping. Came across this place and looked at the salads. Another guys was waiting before me, the server had to ask who was next looking at both of us. I said it was the other guy. He served him, but then looked at me and was going to keep going and i was making eye contact waiting for him to greet me.. he didn't, I had to ask if i can please have the caesar salad. It was very awkward, as i was wondering why he didn't come back to me after serving the other guy before me.. I said i would like to dine in. He then proceeds to put it in a container. then once he fills it he puts a plastic lid on it! I said please don't use the plastic lid I'm going to eat here. he then takes it off and leaves it on the bench. Then I order my coffee and he gives me a table number. I asked for cutlery and he said there is some out the back where the tables are. The cutlery is plastic... then my coffee comes out in a takeaway cup!! I asked if they have mugs. he said "no, because of covid..." I probably made the guy uncomfortable, because my response was "don't worry about the planet or anything!" This made me very frustrated. I understand there is covid safe practices in place. But if other cafes and restaurants can give you crockery plates and cups with washable cutlery, I just don't understand how Covid is still being used as and excuse for the SINGLE USE PLASTIC. Surely you have a dishwasher you can use, or employ someone to wash the dishes, and stop buying so much single use plastic for dining in customers. This experience was very poor customer service, and terrible dinning in experience. If I had have known he was going to place a lid on my salad after I clearly said "To have here" (meaning dining in). I wouldn't have bothered and paid for an over priced salad somewhere else

Place was very busy but service was reasonably quick. Staff were polite and efficient. Had the Chicken Schnitzel Foccacia with chips and an iced coffee. Total cost $22. Reasonably priced but was not overly impressed. Foccacia was a decent size with adequate filling however the schnitzel was barely warm. Given the amount of options around this area of the centre - I will be trying elsewhere next time.

Was standing there got looked at by 2 staff and was never served end up walking off after 10 minutes
Samira M
Good coffee, average food, friendly staff but could improve customer service.
Ismael Varela
Terrible food. If you want to spend your money, throw your money to a fire pit… is going to be better than this place. TERRIBLE
This place doesn’t deserve no even 1 star. TERRIBLE
㊙️ The Traveling Foodie
Quality had dropped significantly recently. The pizza was just too plain and we took some takeaways as the staff looked too tired. Food seems to be cooked in large quantity without care .

This used to be a very good food court option. Im not sure if there are new owners but in the last year its become 100% different.
The pasta is VERY overcooked and has almost no sauce on it.
Dreadful, so far below average for how it used to be so nice. I got a pasta penne there(the downstairs one at chadstone) and it was falling apart it was so overcooked and there was barely any sauce it was so so dry and tasteless.
Never again.they are obviously trying to cut costs. Id say this place will be suffering as the food standard is now inedible.

Extremely poor service! We were not aware that the inside seats were not available, so we sat down. Staff with spectacles came over and told us to move to outside seats!?! We’ve already settled down with our pizzas! Pizza tastes very poor. Hard and salty.
Brittany
Staff always appear to be in a bad mood. Every time I've had the pasta it lacks flavour, always seems to need salt as it is bland. Used to order the Rozzi's pizza however it has gone downhill and the service has really put me off.
Morgs71
I try to avoid food courts at all costs but sometimes you are in a hurry and need something quick and on the run. I like the Rozzi's chain as they make a decent coffee and they have a good variety of Italian style food to choose from.

The service is friendly and the area around it is kept clean. There aren't a lot of healthy options in food courts, but I know I can get a nice salad at Rozzi's, which will be fresh and tasty. They are a safe choice if you are pressed for time.

2.5

You can literally smell the pizza as you come down the escalator . The pizzas are average and so are the pastas , I do however really like the paninis here

I went here recently to grab a quick bite. Got two slices of their Pizza Margherita and another one with chicken and vegetables. The dough was terrible. It just tasted like yeast and was way too soft. Not Italian at all.
You could hardly taste the tomato sauce and it was just a big mess. By putting the slices into paper bags the toppings stick to the bag completely and you are left with a naked pizza.
Only good thing was the low price.

We decided to do a quick lunch at Rozzi in between our shopping. The Hawaiian was huge and can be shared among two people. The carbonara was quite average - not a lot of meat, just mushroom! But price was okay at $6 each and the carbonara costs $10. Just a quick and go meal!

Was craving a coffee today and I didn't have time to go far away so I thought I'd come here and get a coffee. Was not pleased at all. The lady that took my order then began to help the other man with getting the bin liner off the rubbish bin, that I thought she would actually make my coffee after touching the bin without gloves or washing her hands!

Thank goodness she got someone else to make my coffee, and I thought I'd get my coffee. No, the young lady who made my coffee used an unclean milk jug - it still had chocolate marks on it! Usually dairy and non-dairy milks are separated, and this is usually very important to me because I'm lactose intolerant. I should've complained but I thought it wouldn't be that bad. No, I tasted my coffee and it was burnt! Too burnt! Will not go there again. Disappointed.
Angelo Pinnaduwa
For a quick coffee and carrot cake out here. Nothing too special nor bad for a latte. A good coffee though the carrot cake wasn't that great as there were literally slices of carrot coming out of it.
I'd recommend going to the food court for better options!
Catherine King
Had an iced coffee in-store, the coffee was great but came in a plastic cup! Don’t understand why any restaurant would make this choice when people are dining in. Environmentally terrible and not as nice. Would come again but make sure I ordered something hot as they come in proper cups

This places is really poorly run. Staff are trying really hard but just not run smoothly. We were seated as soon as we got there. The girl took our order was friendly and informative. When we asked what was in the cannelloni she was unsure but went and asked the kitchen and got back to us in seconds, which was great.

However things went down hill from there. The two salads we picked to go with our main was unavailable so I had to pick 2 different ones. The tortellinis were partly cold when it was served. The waiter was happy to heat it up for us. The rocketz was served with salad but missing the chips we ordered. They offered us to order a full size chips which didn’t make sense. After she checked with manager she was able to make a side fries for us. Water didn’t get delivered. We had to ask for it when the food came. Chips was nice but the potato salad was awful. So sour we couldn’t eat.

Also to note, the plastic plants next to all tables were so dusty. So while you’re eating, try not to look at it, even though they are right next to you.
Constantlyeating
Absolutely atrocious. I got one of the pastas and took it home only to realise it had a rotten smell. Returned the next day and they swapped it for another which as I started eating I realised had plastic in it!
The quality of the food is so poor and stale/not fresh.
Don’t waste your money for this overpriced mess.
Luson
I have tried their ravioli and lasagne and they both seemed to lack in flavour. I thought I'd give the place one last shot and ordered their mac n cheese pasta (also because I luuuurve mac n cheese so no such thing as bad mac n cheese on my watch). I got it to take away for lunch today and the pasta was tasteless and plain. Even though they added cheese on top, I could not taste a thing and this was my only meal in between a long day at work and still, I couldn't even finish it. I only ate a quarter after throwing it out. Service was nice and maybe their pizzas are the better options but never ordering pasta from them again.
Savvy And Lifestyle
Nice food here and quick service. Love the chips there so tasty and crunchy staff were quite nice. The salad is also a crowd pleaser. Will definitely be back.
Linda Tuyau-Bamford
Had breakfast there, meals were cold and tasteless, coffee and hot chocolate drinks were luke warm at the best, closer to cold, you would think HOT chocolate was self explanatory on how to serve. Table set up is like a crowded train or tram where you sit on everyone else laps with no room for the waitresses or customers to walk between chairs and tables.
Must be around 100 places to eat brekky at Chadstone, Rozzis would rank 99th at best. Never again!!!!
FoodHedonist
Decent Italian food at a reasonable price. The quantity of food is huge and flavours are average. Fat chips are the best - crunchy on the outside and soft from the inside. Good for some carbs or comfort food fix. A decent place to eat at Chadstone.
Bun's Food Diaries
We got Rozzi's hearty breakfast to share. Food wise we felt it was quite mediocre. Nothing pretty but more like something you can put together at home. Dropped by for convenience but wouldn't be back.

Visited this store today about midday with wife and grandchild, First thing we noticed was the dirty tables and four vacated tables with dirty dishes not cleared away. Had to ask for our table to be wiped. Plenty of staff but they seemed disinterested in clearing tables even though there were only about 10 customers occupying about 5 tables. Staff walked past several dirty tables and we were there 15 minutes before someone decided to remove the dirty dishes, half eaten pizzas, etc. on the table next to us. Even then, none of the tables were wiped and every vacant table appeared unclean with crumbs, spill and grease marks etc. Only ordered drinks and when they arrived, order was wrong. Great location but staff need to lift their game and be more committed to customer service and keeping the place clean.

We decided to have lunch here after stopping to look at the interesting food display. It had some delicious looking pizzas, panini and salads.

We were advised that for table service we had to order a meal with either chips and salad for the panini and the pizza slice. That in itself was off putting. We ordered anyway, along with our drinks.

My margherita pizza was pretty salty. The beetroot salad had about 3-4 rocket leaves, simply not enough to balance the amount of beetroot. The winner was the chunky chips. My friend enjoyed her panini.

Would I come back? Probably not. Plus I'm wary of food on chopping boards.

Sig
Absolutely without doubt the most revolting food at Chadstone sadly the rude and sad looking staff just add to the pain
Do yourself a favour, there are plenty more to choose from
Yayuk
Came here for breakfast. Ordered omelette and a latte which were so so. I asked for a glass of water twice, waited 15 mins and the waitress did not bring one. That’s it. Sums up everything. Not coming back to cafe that does not give tap water.
FoodGuy
This might be the grossest cafe I've ever been to. Most of the tables still have dirty dishes on them. the tables look like they've never been wiped. THERE IS A PUTRID SMELL OF ROTTEN MILK on the bench seats. the coffee is disgusting (I'm actually a bit concerned it smells like the coffee machine has never been cleaned ) the staff look like they don't care.
I'm seriously questioning the validity of their food licence at this point. Thank God i didn't order their food.
Nanien
Nyobain lasagna, dikasih porsi gede ala bule, rasanya sih so so aja, entah karena gw emang selera indo yang gurih atau emang begini rasanya makanan Italia
Nay Nay
They have a great selection of salads but they are not at all healthy. The salads are swimming in so much dressing and aren't too fresh. Could use more protein
MVP
I only hit up the Rozzi at days end when the stuff might be cheaper due to some pretty stale pizza. It's kinda funny coz at random I'll grab a pepperoni at the city store and it usually tastes better. Jeez ima snob. I'm not gonna lie maybe it's just those city feels u know eating pepperoni while buskers play bearable music, giving myself the city vibes ya know?

Canteeeeeeeeeeeeeeen4daizzzzzzzzzz

The service was poor. The food was poor. The coffee was poor. It does nothing to improve things when enquiring into an order that has been lost the waiting staff act as if it is all beneath them. Would warn people not to waste their money or time.
Hannah
Eat-in salad on a plastic plate? Interesting. Medium serve is not a medium. Will have to fill up on something else later. Girl who served us could barely hear us, and vice versa.
Alison Read
All things Italian. Take a break from shopping and relax with a meal of spanikopita or pizza or focaccia - even a coffee and slice of cake or something sweet. Salads too. Canteen style service then grab your seat and enjoy the meal you selected. Pizzas are thin and crisp with lovely toppings including prawn!
N&S Food Adventures
We always walked past but never tried Rozzi's Italian Canteen. We got a variety of salads, side of chips and coffees. The portions were smaller than we thought and therefore over priced. Food was bland and lacked flavour. Coffee taste like burnt milk. The service was confusing... not sure if everyone knew what was going on. Disappointed :(
Foodlover12
Pizza was not so nice, I think I've had better from a frozen box! no cheese on the base just 10kgs on top, no flavour and the taste all round not so nice.
Pasta, bland, no flavour, so over cooked it was mush
Your salads look good, but I haven't tried them.
Ulul
If you want your food bland and don't care about customer service then this is the place to go. Save your money and try the other wonderful eateries in chaddy. I complained about my food being cold and I think the inexperienced assistant manager could do with a bit more schooling on social behaviour and customer service. You don't know everything kid.
Emma Witschge
So conflicted after eating here. The food was nice, the salad was fresh and tasty however the coffee was awful, the staff seemed clueless and had no knowledge of their menu (they informed us the iced lattes we'd ordered would just be a hot shot of coffee topped up with cold milk as they didn't have any ice blocks, even for a juice) and ALL of the eat in tables were dirty and had unattended plates on them. Not sure the food is worth coming back for after that, rather horrendous.
TheTomato
Rozzi's serves delicious pizzas and salads. Dine here every now and then due to the friendly, speedy service. Prices are average. Overall, impressed with the consistency and quality of their food.

WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!! (For some reason it didn't let me rate 0 or negative) Coffee was tasteless and food was rather disappointing. Staff were RUDE and disrespectful. We ordered a meal with chips and salad as sides. Had to chase up the order twice and nobody seemed to care. When we complaint, the manager asked for receipt and went through each item because it would take him 20 mins to look it up in his own system as he claimed. How efficient!!! We didn't get the sides until we were about to finish everything else. On our way out, the manager even yelled at us, "Don't come to my place next time. We don't want to serve you." He was right there that we will DEFINITELY not go there again.
Mr G
Worse place in chaddy. What can I say, worse food worse service.
Had there pizza and pasta with the worse coffee I ever had.
Pizza was dry and cheap toppings, pasta was watery with no flavour they don't seem to care.

Great people Great Food. Having a bad morning and need a coffee hit and with Chadstone gutted I wondered where I would go. Stumbled round and found Rozzi. Warm smiles by the woman who served me and and a chat with the Batista really got me in a good mood. Breakfast Calzone is a must! Well recommended

Disappointed. Chadstone Shopping Centre is really horrible to visit at the moment due to the renovations that are going on. Today, we decided to risk it and went to breakfast at Rozzi's. My husband got the scrambled egg which was pitiful-looking - like crumbly bits of egg beside a couple of bits of toast. I ordered the 3 egg omelette which was described as coming with bruschetta and had the topping ingredients listed in brackets. There was no bread - it was just a really flat, dry omelette with the topping. This is the dictionary definition of 'bruschetta': "toasted Italian bread drenched in olive oil and served typically with garlic or tomatoes". When I order 3 egg omelette, I expect it to contain eggs. When you order bruschetta, you expect bread.

Has a sign outside saying it has the best coffee in chadstone, I can tell you it has the worst coffee in Chadstone along with the worst food.
Gisele Viselka
GROSS!!!. I ordered a spinach and feta pastry and an ice coffee. The pastry was burnt and full of oil, which made me sick and I couldn't finish it. The ice coffee was full of milk and had barely any coffee! Never eating there again ever!!
Sybiljj54
CHICKEN AND AVOCADO SALAD and waldorf salad. VERY LITTLE CHICKEN AND NO AVOCADO at all, too much lettuce. EXTRA $1.00 FOR THIS SALAD

2 waldorf nuts 4 raisens a couple apple pieces and rest lettuce
Inakshiw
Worst food. Ordered a chicken and avocado salad and there was not a single piece of avocado in it and the salad looks few days old. The OLD Woman who served the food was SO RUDE and ARROGANT when complaint.
Foodie101
Freshly made bacon and egg roll. Worst dish ever - this is what I pulled out of my mouth - dry and sharp edges of egg so dry I'll need a drink to rehydrate
