I visited Roy's quite a few times before and now after reading the reviews on here I would have questioned going there so lucky I didn't because food is really nice. It's no fine dining experience but for your local restaurant it's cheap and big portion sizes. Customer service can be a little better I agree with that.. the owner Roy is great talk to him if your altering dishes from the menu.
Had one of the best Roy’s way pizza I have ever had. Nice atmosphere, but importantly the food was excellent the portions are huge. The min you walk in the staff are always welcoming customers. This is the place to eat, drink and catch up. The min I walk in everything is spotless especially the setting of the tables with beautiful flowers. Well done guys. Keep it up!!

The service here is amazing, best food in Melbourne. Been here before but what an absolute change, the shop is clean, food is yum made specially by Roy himself. Felt very welcoming by the 2 girls behind the bar but who would expect mother and daughter. Great job guys keep it up!!!!!

This is our local go to restaurant if no one feels like cooking. Food is tasty & the serving sizes are pretty generous. My only issue is that on a couple of occasions, they've forgotten an item I've ordered. Otherwise, would recommend.
I had lunch with my enormous Greek family at Roy's on the weekend, and I have to say that we were the customers from hell. 16 of us arrived for lunch without a booking, with a few dietary requests, and with a birthday cake in tow. The oldies were especially demanding, interrupting the staff when they were in the middle of service to ask for random things. Despite this, the staff on duty were EXCEPTIONAL. They were so kind, accommodating, and patient. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience (and to be honest, we didn't really deserve it.)For an unpretentious suburban restaurant, I was very very impressed.
We get takeaway pizzas from Roy's and they are always really nice. Wood fired pizzas with good quality toppings. Nice thin crust. Usually pretty quick too.
This was my first time to Roy's and I will certainly be going back! I received amazing customer service from start to finish. I was only ordering pizza for a work site down the road and Stan I believe it was that I dealt with was absolutely fantastic and to back that up was great pizza!
tasty and affordable wood fire pizzas. pasta always fresh with very generous portions. chicken shnitzel with mushroom sauce is to die for. been here around 10 times already and they have not disappointing me yet ! they are also very generous in delivery orders as they always throw in a couple free cans of soft drink with most orders.
Best pizza ever and the code is great. Staff are always so friendly. One thing that is a pain though is the music Gawd! Is sometimes a brain bash when all ya wanna do is relax and enjoy the food. I think it's more for the staff to listen to. Hear table next to me complain also about it. Apart from this I love roys pizza. Big thumbs up
I walked in and found what looked to be father and son busily making pizzas in a wood fired oven. We got the deal 1 which was amazing value for money. Pizzas had a generous amount of topping (although very focused towards the Center of the pizza and would have liked more towards the end so I’m not just eating crust) but I’m saying that the base had a good crisp and flavour! Would definitely come back.
Ordered the Pasta for delivery and it surpassed all expectations, and was also huge! Really delicious and generous, will have to dine in next time
Great pizzas! I can only post pics of half the artichoke and Mexicana pizza bc we were so quick to devour them. Really tasty, great prices!
I had the honour of eating the best vegan pizza I have ever had. Owners were very friendly and accomadated to a large tricky order with alot of fussy pizza requests. They got it all right and there was nothing left but to lick our fingers clean. Thanks heaps and we will definitely see you again soon.
The most delicious steak. Honestly, they are huge and delicious. Only criticism would be to add some bacon to the steak Dianne. And don't order dessert. They are about the pizza and meat. Very yummy food.
