Awesome place on the docks. Food is good, hookah is good, hummus is bomb.
Beautiful very delicious,
We ordered the Almina grilled platter. The chicken skewers were the winner for me. The rice had a really nice flavour to it and the dish in itself was good overall. Great Lebanese food and the vibe was of fine dining. Tried the liver cleanser juice and that was fresh and full of flavour. If you are roaming around Docklands, it is worth a try.
Such a large and open space! Right on the waterfront, the space is open and well laid out. There was a large function happening when we arrived but we were easily seated and not impacted by the function guests at all.
We ordered way too much food but the bill was much less than I’d imagined and it was great food!
Now, admittedly I am a Middle Eastern food fan, but the dishes were each flavourful and not overpowering, each a balanced combination of spices and flavours. The mousakka and halloumi were my favourites. Curiously, you’re allowed to smoke shisha inside. Definitely a fav!
Lamb Platter
My favourite part of the dish was the Hummus! Till this day I can’t get over how good it is. It’s probably because I have never tried freshly made/homemade hummus, it’s a must get!!! The rice was very nice, it looked plain but it was full of flavours and spices. The lamb skewers were kind of dry but hummus fixed it! Dipping the lamb skews into hummus enhanced the flavours in the lamb. The skewers weren’t too fatty as well, but I think if it wasn’t that burnt and dry it would have been perfect. There was a salad on the side but I didn’t really eat it except for the tomatoes but it tasted fresh. Overall I would come back here, the proportions are very big and the food is delicious and the hummus is top notch.
Enjoyed the mixed grill and the apple mint shish after. Loved the atmosphere here. I'll come back and explore the menu further maybe at the Brunswick joint next time
The food was okay and the ambience was great, just felt it was a bit over priced for the quality of food, there wasn’t anything special about it.
Went for my fiancé’s birthday and had 16 people come and during the dinner rush so the staff were very helpful and welcoming. They don’t sell any alcoholic drinks but allow you to bring your own. The shisha was refilled very quickly and we didn’t have to call when we needed it done. We ordered the banquet and it took a while to come but that’s okay since we were a big group and there was a lot of other people here as well. The lady at the register was very patient and helpful when I tried to pay since it was in a few hundreds and everyone bought cash since there’s no split pay. All in all, a great experience and recommend it if you want the best middle eastern experience.
I have been going here for 3 years now and i still love it every time i go! food is great every time and the shisha is awesome. Definitely will be going back.
Excellent atmosphere and a very Good Ambient place to chill with friends and family
Excellent Big size Sheeshas
Food could be still better
The Fattoush Salad isn't up to the mark
Could be better . Less olive oil and not properly tossed.
The Falafels were also decent enough though could be worked upon the ingredients
Overall a Good experience and could be visited for Sheeshas if that interests you
Wouldn't recommend to try the food though
Loved the ambiance and food both. The best thing is that they had arranged for Namaz as well. However they should have served dessert with the iftar deal. Overall it was a good experience from the presentation of food to the taste and quantity.
Mate had his bday here
First time going
Nice view that was very nice and awesome food and shisha was soo smooth the atmosphere was amazing !
Good ambience. The place looks clean. But little bit longger waiting the food. The price a bit expensive compare other restaurants. I think because of the location and the place. Worthed.. and its Halal
