Always buzzing and been around for ages! This is where you go for some good authentic easy Chinese food . My favourite comfort food is the dumplings and the beef noodles with soya egg , really hits the spot
This is the only place I know where you can help yourself to unlimited cups of slushies, Chinese tea and red bean soup! It's a no frills joint where you pick up the menu from the counter, take a seat then return to the counter to place your order.
For today we had the fried pork dumplings which took a fair while to get to the table. Unfortunately the dumpling skin was thick and doughy but the filling was delicious. The dumplings were also not consistently fried so some had soggy skins.
The Lanzhou beef noodle was a huge serving and there was a generous amount of soft, succulent beef. The broth was tasty. The chicken with ginger sauce came with a mound of rice and a bowl of soup. This was quite a treat - the chicken meat was tender and I couldn't get enough of the ginger sauce.
With chilli oil on each table, it's a giant high five to Raramen!
In love with their handmade noodles. You can always rely on them to serve a great bowl of 牛肉面. Flavour-wise, not the best out there but the handmade noodles is what makes it so delicious.
Cheap and delicious. I always go there for the LanZhou La Mian, but recently the quality of the meats has declined. Most of the beef have tendons and fatty tissue still attached with very little lean beef. Still, the soup is delicious and the dumplings are great.
I really like the self serve tea and slushie - don't have to wait for them to get refills.

Everyone loves what we ordered. Service was quick. I had the Lanzhou beef ramen was delicious. The texture of the noodle was ‘bouncy’ and had lots of beef that’s soft and tender. Will definitely go back again!
Amazing Xiao long bao, best I’ve ever had. Dan dan noodles are good here too. Big fan of the steamed/pan fried dumplings here as well. Service is friendly at the counter.
I was always wondering this place for few years and finally went. It wasn't Japanese ramen style. We had dan dan noodle and spicy pork noodle. My dan dan noodle was very nice. bit hard to pick up the noodle because they are thicker and stick together but very tasty.
Just get Fried pork dumplings steamed Vegie dumplings and your in heaven. Dont forget to mix some soy and black vinegar for dunking!

Located inside Boxhill Central, we found ourselves trying out this simple Chinese eatery for the first time for dinner. There were plenty of seats within and not very busy.
The food were okay, nothing fancy. Just a casual place if you were feeling a bit more hungry as the portions were big to perhaps make another meal.
Dan Dan Noodles was the only dish I thought looked a bit bizarre, with pickled cold vegetables and the questionable peanut meat sauce, looked nothing like the real deal. The taste was all over the place. Huge portion, I did try to eat till more than half up just so to not waste the food but it was disappointing.
The service staff were polite and helpful. We were the last customers that left just after 7pm and were caged in the section of the mall and no clear signages on how to get out till we finally spotted the security guards opening up the security gates for us.

Food here is fantastic an value for money but service lacks attention an felt like we were being rushed but the atmosphere is buzzing. Very busy shop... really nice freshly handmade noodles and dumplings on offer. They also have a reasonably price menu with plenty of yummy options. There soup is nice an basic but gentle.... great little hidden gem of Boxhill
Decent dumplings and tasty hand made noodles. Busy, noisy but the staff do try. The braised pork is very good. Come for the food and not the atmosphere
