I totally love their Brie and bird burger! It has a really thick piece of Brie cheese and it tastes awesome in the chicken burger!! Love it!! I got it from Uber eats..

I visited here multiple times during the Polished Man initiative. I thought it was a fantastic contribution by Grill'd and they have stood out to me ever since.
This Grill'd in particular was one of the best I've visited in Melbourne.
Quality of Food - The ingredients are fresh. The food is presented well. The flavours are memorable and delicious.
Staff - The staff are bubbly and friendly. They have all had fantastic presentation on every visit. The consistency definitely stood out.
My favourites include:
"Zen Hen" - Chicken breast, satay sauce, coriander, shredded carrot, salad & herbed mayo.
>> My favourite burger on the menu. Doesn't leave you feeling sick afterwards but fresh and full.
"Superpower Salad" - Grilled chicken breast, avocado, beetroot, roasted nut mix, cherry tomatoes, cos lettuce, Spanish onion, carrot, fresh basil & extra virgin olive oil dressing.
>> Really impressed by this salad. Tasty and filling.
"Sir Truffle" - Premium wagyu pattie with truffle mayo, aged cheddar, cos lettuce & fresh basil.
>> Delicious but the truffle is very strong. I thoroughly enjoyed just half. I couldn't eat any more.
A note for Grill'd:
Whilst I think this was an incredibly generous initiative - I would highly recommend that Grill'd try and do a better job of unnecessary packaging and waste. Every time we visited, we all were given a bag filled with an excessive amount of napkins...
The burgers are wrapped nicely with a rubber band around it. It does not require any more packaging unless requested by the customer.
One of my favourite places for burgers, despite it being somewhat mainstream. The patties are done well and taste good, compared to many other burger places where the patty is just there because it has to be there.
My favourites are the Mighty Melbourne and Sir Truffle. Also love the zucchini chips - unique and they taste really good while also being sort of healthier. Not a big fan of their regular chips, and their sweet potato chips are often burnt so I don't order those anymore. Prices are on the high side for burgers and that's what stops me from eating these more regularly for the most part.
Service at this branch is pretty standard for Grill'd - friendly. There's no dedicated indoor seating area - seating is shared with the rest of the food court, though there is some seating outdoors.
I honestly would come to Grill’d just for their chips share plate. The zucchini chips are the best and you definitely can’t find them anywhere else. So crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a bit of moisture from the zucchini which actually makes it even more delicious! The chipotle mayo is so addictive too!
For a food court establishment this Grill'd produces quite decent food. Service is slow as the demand for burgers is high. The burgers are prepared and cooked well.
The closest Grill’d to the Yarra River is over in the Southgate centre in Southbank, battling it out for yo’ food dollars against a tide of other food vendors. Setup isn’t quite as nice as a full store but staff are as chirpy as always. I went for a lamb option on this occasion, specifically the Baa Baa Burger, which also came with avocado, cheese, salad, (hold the) relish and the almighty, heavenly herbed mayo. I just want a straw for that mayo.

Tried the Chilli Addict burger with a side of classic fries and chilli mayo. The burger was the right kind of spice, absolutely loved it. Juicy, melt-in-your-mouth and not oily at all. Wasn't a messy ordeal either! Would have this one again.
Great burgers, healthier than fast food versions and much lower calorie. Good taste, good variety of bread and option of paleo no carb bun which is awesome.
I tried almost every type of burger and i must say they are all of high quality. Definitely not comparable to certain high end burger joints but its still very good and light on calories and healthier because its grilled.
Good option for business lunch or daily lunch breaks. Only complaint is price, if you are regular it can get very expensive.
Service is also amazing, staff is very well trained and very friendly.
Simply Grill’d ain’t so simple, it’s simply d’lish. And those Zuch chippies are next level. Thank you. Consistency is A1. Special mention to excellent customer service from Blake - super patient and passionate!

Didn't catch her name but so on the ball (I think I heard someone say Lilly or Elly?). Telling people in a hurry what meals are faster and longer, handling a seriously busy Friday night.
Helpful and professional on such a busy night , they seemed so under the pump and if it wasn't for her this place would have a stack of 1star reviews. Crazy busy with few staff. No idea how she did so well!

Grill'd's motto is the "healthy burger" and they really are magnificent. They offer a fabulous range of burgers and sides that actually taste like food!
If you're looking for a quick meal that combines and includes fresh healthy ingredients, give Grill'd a try, you won't be disappointed.
We had a bit of a whoopsie with this store and ended up quite disappointed (and without food). Why 5 stars then? The professional and caring way, in which we were acknowledged and looked after by management was outstanding and a true credit to Grill'd's customer focus. We have absolutely no doubt that whatever happened on the night was a blip and will not hesitate to come back. We like their "impossible" burgers and their chips are always perfectly crisp and seasoned.
