You can definitely be friends with salad at Hunky Dory. Our favourite salads (which also happen to be plant based) includes the cous cous (a hearty mix of cous couse, kale, cucumber, red capsicum, sundried tomatoes, cranberries, parsley, spring onion and citrus dressing) as well as the spiced cauliflower (which ia a beautiful amalgamation of cauliflower, brown rice, chickpeas, edamame, corn, currants, spring onion, parsley, pepitas and Dijon vinaigrette.
Absolutely fresh and delicious food and a large selection of drinks. awesome service and great prices absolutely love the atmosphere has ample seating. outside as well for those lovely warm nights absolutely recommend will go again.

Had sweet potato wedges and a kale and broccoli salad. The wedges were great. The small was so big. The salad was okay. Didn't love the dressing. Would prefer a lemon based dressing not the miso.
The serving sizes are huge and staff friendly.

Finally we have a hunky doreys in the northern suburbs. I finally had a chance to indulge this weekend with friends and it was great to enjoy the range of quality fish n chip variety available. I had my fave The African again.
Visited Hunky Dory Epping midweek late one evening for the first time.
I ordered a grilled flake which was cooked perfectly. It was marinated in beautiful flavours and was soft and light. I also ordered the Greek salad which was very fresh and crisp and was tossed in a lovely Mediterranean dressing.
Will definitely be back!
Drove passed and realised hunky dory just opened in epping woo! Pretty mint green layout - great clean fitout. Plenty of seats inside and outside. Order at front to get a number. Theres an area where you can see the salads and seafoods available. Everything looked really fresh. Friendly service.
Foodwise very fresh and not oily at all. Thankgod! Got a platter with extra seafood stick and calamari so we could share. The server thought it was for one though but there were heaps of foods so im not sure how it feeds one haha!
