Wandering around for a brunch and coffee place and a spot to do some work, I stumbled into Ginger & White. South Melbourne was fairly quiet but walk in the door me, an eclectic air of atmosphere drifts over you. Aesthetically appealing, I move to the menu. Strong skinny latte @ Breaky Burger.
Both made fresh and on my table within 5 mins! Coffee 👌 Breaky Burger 👌👌. Solid little cafe!

Came in for a coffee as was in the area for a meeting. Staff were pleasant, cafe was nicely set out and my long mac was good.

Great latte and if you're an almond milk drinker, they're one of a few that have it right and smooth. They use padre coffee and love the ambience as well. Beautiful selection of pastries including Portuguese tart.

Great spacious cafe. Food was good. My scramble truffle croissant was the highlight! The flavours lattes were a bit of a let down. They were a bit powdery. All in all, a great cafe that I would visit again
I admit I am quite fussy about how I take my coffee, flavour, and temperature (hot!). Thrilled to report the coffee is excellent and, importantly, consistent. No hesitation to make it just how you like it.
The $10 coffee and ham cheese tomato toasted sandwich is such great value. Generous and delicious. Great bread!
The decor is desirably minimalist and fashionable. I like that the tables have sufficient space to spread out the newspaper.

Came here few times for their coffee. Very good coffee and some other interesting choices if you don't drink coffee. Golden, black, purple, matcha lattes and also cold press juices.
Very relaxed atmosphere, with nice background music.
Food was fresh, the portion was just right, service was lovely and upbeat. All the staff were friendly and helpful, always make me feel so welcome. Cheers guys!
I love great customer service! And this place has the friendliest staff in South Melbourne. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The cafe is neat and not cluttered with too many tables and chairs. The coffee is great and so is the food...but I still would say the best part is the staff! :)
