I can't believe people are commenting on bad service. The ladies in the Cafe section are great and they do a really good job while providing warm and friendly service. The food is actually all homemade and really delicious but don't leave your lunch too late otherwise there's nothing left. Things like homemade lasagne and chicken snitzel are traditional and really really good.
Have been to this cafe on a numerous occasions and it has been pleasant. However they need to improve their service and response time -they definitely loose points for that! There seems to be broken communication between the staff. I have only tried the breakfast option which it pretty decent.
Lot's of areas to improve on.

Last day at work gift, well received! Although not fresh on the day I was pleasantly surprised at how crisp the pastry still was, no hint of sogginess here. The intense flavour of vanilla really came through the custard and the thin layer of fondant icing was absolutely delicious and an excellent addition to the slice. Only let down was the texture of the custard, although very tasty its slightly 'set' consistency was notable.
