Spontaneously dropped by Bincho boss during COVID-19 iso so only takeaway options were available to us~

🍱 Wagyu Bento Box: grilled wagyu tenderloin with garlic soy, Japanese seasoned mixed rice & chef's selection of sides ($28.00)

Review:
I've always wanted to try bincho boss! Since I was in the mood for Japanese bento boxes, this turned out to be a perfect opportunity.
Wagyu was perfect. Slightly juicy with amazing sauce and the nuts requiring some satisfying biting action.
The mushrooms had a wonderful grilled sweet flavour that I had to share with my friend 🙌.

The consideration in this box was what amazed me. Every single portion of this meal - from the rice to the prawn ha gao can be eaten at room temperature. No reheating required!!

Although the service was brief and limited to our chat for ordering at takeaway, the gentleman was very friendly. Can definitely feel the positive vibes at bincho boss!

We came here for their set Valentine's day menu and had a really great dinner. We didn't drink cocktails so they happily let us pick mocktails which were pretty and quenching. Highlight for us was their sushi and dessert. The serving sizes were average but we were still moderately full at the end.

We had a great meal here!! Very cute place. They actually have 2 floors. Kind of like a bar with high tables downstairs and more relaxed upstairs.

We went with the Bincho grilled items. Gyutan skewer (ox tongue), unagi skewer (eel) & the negima (chicken) skewer. All were fantastic.

Need to come back with more people so we can sample more of the menu!!!

Wagyu is a must! Crispy salmon fish skin !
Chawanmushi! Skewers! Cauliflower salad( not enough dressing and too much leaves) Need to order at least 6 items to feel full though..

Japas style dining with some selection of larger dishes. Food are excellent and the service is truly top class just like in Japan. There's bar and high bench seatings on ground floor with more table seatings upstairs. The place is a little dark which exudes class and romantic vibe, perfect for date night. Gyu tataki and sukiyaki is highly recommended.

We had the wagyu & sashimi gozen. The husband rated his sashimi lunch set 4.5/5 and mine was the wagyu 3/5. The wagyu was cooked medium but was still slightly chewy. The standout was the chawanmushi..really enjoyed it.

4 month new Japanese bar & restaurant. Nice clean simple setting. Karage chicken was crispy. Lunch set came with salad & miso and the portion was generous!

Location of the restaurant is in CBD and lots people just go to have a drink after work. Food are so delicious!! Really like their grilled scallops and ox tongue skewer. We also ordered the turkey hot pot, lots vegetables in side and the soup base is so tasty! Their dessert look so presentable and cute. Definitely will go back again with friends and we want to try more cocktails cuz they have a lot sale based cocktails and they all looks so great!

Genuinely satisfied with their amazing wagyu udon and their amazing desserts (Espresso Crème Caramel is a must-try). Thoughtful and polite staff members where they try their best to ensure you’re okay with your food and answer any questions you’ve got for them. We’ve also tried their salmon skin and tako karaage, which both dishes are fantastic and crispy. Would definitely come back here to try their other stuff on the menu. Additionally, their wagyu tataki is also one of the must-try dishes as it's fresh with great flavours in it.
