Great customer service! Our meals came out really quick and the food was really good. The flavours were just right.
So I ate the chicken laksa and it was delicious after adding fresh chillies - I also got the Bandung rose drink with grass jelly and basmati leaves panna cotta...they were amazing and had a great balance of sweetness and creaminess
Great customer service and pleasant environment. Laska has always been outstanding with its rich favour and quite filling. We have tried other stir fried noodles which were all very ordinary and personal would not spend around $15.9 for it when you can get something similar at the food court.
Food is always good at PappaRich however, i wish the service is better. We came with a pram and asked for a highchair but had to asked another staff as the guy who seated us ignored the request. I understand they have self service but not all of your requests can be put down on that little ipad. Hope next time we come in, the service is better.

Service of food is pretty fast and efficient. Perfect for the lunch time feed without taking too long of a break!
My wife and I took our young kids here for a Christmas celebration. The food was fantastic. Had the fried kway teow, has become a whole family favourite. The roti was absolutely excellent and the chicken laksa had such a rich amount of flavours. We were unsure of whether the kids would eat the food but they loved it. Great experience overall.

Really nice place and decor. This is the first I came in this outlet. Has a good ambience and the food is yummy! Their drinks are always so good, especially the mango mania!!
Really great atmosphere with new decor that gives the place a fancy vibe. Prompt service and friendly staff. I ordered the chicken satay skewers which were very tasty!
Finally a local Papparich for me! Have always been a Papparich fan, but have had to travel a minimum of 30 mins to go to the nearest branch. Now conveniently located 10 mins from home, this has become a regular joint for casual lunches and dinner catch ups with friends. Always struggle to decide what to order - my faves include the Roti, Nasi Lemak, Char Kuay Teow, Wat Tan Hor, Chicken Rice, Laksa, Chilli Pan Mee, Briyani.. but wait, that's pretty much everything on the menu!
