Although I find that a lot of Hungry Jack's branches in the CBD tend to have poor food quality and service, this branch I find has been pretty good in general. Perhaps this is partly because of its restricted access to foot traffic, being attached to a petrol station, and therefore being generally less crowded than other CBD branches.
If the route suits, I would much rather drop in to this branch compared to the Elizabeth Street or Swanston Street branches. I haven't had issues with customer service here, though delivery of food may be slightly slow at times. Also, King's Way is a nightmare during peak hours so that's a big disincentive to come here unless it's directly on your way.
BEST HUNGRYS AROUND. Best Hungrys around. They deal with many drunkards too so do a great job. Always give me extra ranch sauce, no extra charge and the ppl working there are lovely :)
Lovely, lovely, guys behind the counter. Vegie burger sooooo yum (not that beyond meat, actual vegie patty, my favourite. Not that I'm against faux meat, I just don't want to eat it until I have to...). We visit here for lunch on way to appointments for a Loo stop - very handy with free parking, clean loos and yummy eats!
Best HJ's in Melbourne I reckon and that has more to do with the quality of the caramel Sunday's they produce, than anything else HJ's provides its customers
