Mrs Fields cookies remain the gold standard for me. The soft and chewy nuggets of joy are full of chunky bits which go so well with their coffee. I'm also a huge fan of their muffins but they are a bit on the pricier side.
This branch of Mrs Fields is conveniently located in the QV foodcourt and it is not usually very busy so you can get your order fairly quickly.

I've probably visited most of the Mrs Fields stores around Melbourne because of the nature of my work (requires a lot of travel) and because I love brownies and chocolate chip cookies.
Their staff training is good because I've always found service to be excellent, which is one of the reasons I rated them well. Yes, I find the cookies a little on the expensive side, but they are consistently tasty and sometimes you just want something that's familiar.
A chocolate chip cookie and a cuppa in my Frank Green mug was perfect for the cool day we had last week.
Mrs Fields is kid friendly (something for those little munchkins), wheelchair accessible and if you have dietaries - please speak to staff as they are happy to help.
I will return.
First time I’ve ever bought cookies outside a supermarket. There were a lot to choose from, and I got some choc chip cookies as well as some world-famous choc chip nibblers. They were an absolute delight! The cookies were crunchy and the nibblers were gooey, and they were both very buttery. The only reason I didn’t give this place a 5 star is that I’m a little concerned about my calorie intake lol. They’re so good that it’s impossible to eat just one at a time.
Awesome cookies!! Crisp on the outer part and chewy on the middle part 😋😋
Can’t stop eating this, one cookie is not enough, lol~ try if you’re a sweet-tooth 😁
As previously stated I have a weakness for tarts, also for cheesecake, cake, doughnuts and other sweet treats. And so I made my way to Mrs. Field's in QV, Lonsdale Street to partake in a chocolate-raspberry tart. To quote Goldilocks it was 'just right.' Creamy and tasty, with a berry and definitely a chocolate taste as well and the base just crunchy enough when you bite into it.
Give this one a try and you won't be sorry.
So there you have it folks my sweet tooth tour of Lonsdale Street is all but complete. In retrospect there are a few more places I would like to try as well and may put those up when I do.
I am Mrs. Fields freaky cute lady 😁
My favourite choco chips cookies place. I normally went there after finished my groceries shopping. Good spot to have little rest before going back home. Love their cappucino also
Price bit $$ if you compare with other cookies stall but they taste make your day amaze!!
Ah got to love Mrs Fields' cookies!! So nice and got a really good chewy texture. Makes for a delicious treat :) Staff are really sweet too!
A good Mrs Fields but the only problem here is that they don't stock the full range of bikkies I've become accustomed to at the Sth Cross Station/Spencer St DFO store. For example, I've never seen the Snickerdoodles here nor the Rainbow-Sprinkle covered cookies. The Spencer St DFO outlet is definitely catering to tourists and those hopping off long V-line journeys though, so it's understandable that they have a bigger range there. The staff have been great every time I have visited Mrs Fields CBD, and the coffees they make there (takeaway only) are surprisingly excellent
Always a favourite! Any of their cookies are heavenly, you can't really stop once you start. Paper bags are convenient, because you end up eating it along the way anyways.
