📝: Decided to go for a something light and fresh for lunch at home today. Nosh is just the perfect choice. With a selection of poke bowls, salads🥗, and nori tacos🌮.
❤️: I went with the Poke Party which came with salmon cubes🐟 in creamy sesame sauce (seared or fresh sashimi), turmeric infused rice💛, edamame💚, toasted sweet potato🍠, charred capsicum strips🌶, spinach🥬, and sesame.
Healthy, delicious and food coming out so quick. (Ready in 5 minutes.) They serve both cold and hot food. The Poke Party (cold food) and Wagyu San (warm food) are good. Maybe I should try personalise the food next time.
I was struggling to find restaurants open on a late afternoon during a weekday when I stumbled upon Nosh on the Ritual app. The menu looked interesting and healthy, and the food was delish. Tasty and fresh Asian style in a bowl, the Poke Party Bowl had some fresh Tasmanian salmon sashimi cubes in creamy roasted sesame sauce on coconut turmeric rice with spinach sweet potato salad! The serving was enough to fill me up! Can’t wait to try rest of the menu!

If you like poke bowls, Nosh makes one of the best! The meat options are delicious and it's easy to change the base and toppings! The staff are friendly! It's great value for money and also a really good portion size!
I had the pleasure of visiting Nosh to try their Flame-Seared Miso Salmon Bowl from their seasonal Winter Menu, and I absolutely loved it! The salmon was seared perfectly - fall apart tender and melt-in-your-mouth. This, paired with the silky onsen egg, was honestly heavenly! I loved the light miso glaze which was slightly sweet and savoury but not overpowering. The edamame, nori and pickled ginger paired with the white rice added a nice texture and variety. Very impressed!
Nosh is great place for those who love poke bowls!
Absolute love, fresh salmon and great flavors all together.
Fav dish would be: Poke Party
Nosh serves up delicious, nourishing and healthy poke bowls. The ‘Sashimi Lovin’ and ‘Poke Party’ are my favourites! They also have a store on Bourke Street - both are pretty similar.

Overall score: 20/25 or ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
in 5 words: great poke bowls in Melb city!
*
Taste ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Been to the Galleria outlet, and happy to say the central one is equally good. The small salmon poke set is filling and delicious because of the fragrant turmeric rice. Seriously, I can’t get enough of this rice, even though I know it knocks some points off the healthy aspect of poke bowls. They were quite generous with the salmon, crispy shallots, ginger, pepper and edamame!
*
Ambience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Love how pretty and minimalist Nosh cafes are. Great for catchups or work meetings.
*
Price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- It’s really value for money if you got this on Mealpal. The portions are generous enough to keep you stuffed and ready to go!
*
Presentation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- The poke bowl was pretty and colourful (as most poke bowls are, but damn I love the combination of crispy shallots with salmon sashimi)!
*
Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I waited for 5 minutes and got a freshly made poke bowl which was awesome. The rice was still warm, and I give bonus points for that!
I love it! Healthy and delicious and staff are always friendly at Melbourne central store. Salmon poke bowl is the best. A bit expensive but good for once in a while
Best Poke Bowl in Melbourne hands down. The servings are sooo generous. Most places just put heaps of rice and a tiny scoop of salmon and call it a day but with Nosh, I almost couldn’t finish it. I ordered a small Poke Party bowl which comes with Salmon, all the other goodies under a bed of Coconut Turmeric rice (HOW YUM IT WAS) and spinach sweet potato salad. I felt like a health guru after eating a bowl. Add on’s were only 50 cents extra AS IT SHOULD BE! Avocado was $2 extra. I’m addicted
Good price, quality and tasty. However, some people may prefer more sauce. I ordered Wagyu san, $15.90, waited for 10 mins on Saturday. Located in Melbourne central, level2 (the way to Emporium. Apart from main menu we can order by our choices of meat, topping and sauce. Credit card payment 1% surcharge. It would be great if we can see more lovely smile of your staff.
The servers were lovely and quick, I was sceptical about the egg but the yolk was actually the best consistency and not runny it was amazing. Definitely a good option if you want a fresh lunch :)
Very friendly service, she explained everything so patient, it's good food!
Edit: My new favourite place! Always grab a large bowl! Love coming here!
Nosh is a restaurant located in Melbourne Central.. It is accessible via trains and trams. The restaurant serves a healthy combination of food including fish, ducks, salad, brown rice, soba, etc. You can also create (design) your own meal by choosing a variety of protein, base, salads, sauce and toppings. Peek-ing duck and sous-vide chicken are highly recommended. The price starts from $10.9. Nosh has 3 other branches in Galleria, Collins Square and Glen Waverley.
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this meal. Had the wagyu-san as part of a mealpal and wasn't expecting a whole lot.
Meat was tender and flavorful and along with the other components of the meal, made for a tasty and I'm assuming nutritious lunch.
