Stix is a very casual dessert place in the heart of the Northern suburbs, Coburg. If you're looking for frozen cheesecake on a stick, you've come to the right place. I have tried the Lemon and Pistachio (my favourite) and Nutella and Strawberries. I also had an Oreo shake which wasn't as rich as it sounds. Ever since their renovations, service has been much slower than usual, but the desserts still taste amazing.

Saw this place at a food truck garden in Coburg and was fascinated by their concept of cheesecake on a stick. Cheesecake to be had as ice cream? What's not to like!
We asked for day's special which was Nutella and Strawberries. The cheesecake were already ready so they dipped a decent sized slice into warm Nutella, poured some more chocolate sauce over it and added a layer of strawberry slices. The coating cools instantly because of the cold cheesecake and it becomes one glorious dessert!
Mind you, it's not the easiest thing to eat and can get quite messy. The hard coating also makes it hard to break with a fork but when you taste it, you forget about all that. It's a simply concept really, but well thought of and well presented! 👌🏻
Finally got to try this cheesecake on a stick from it's pop up in Glen Waverley and it did not disappoint! The toppings made the cheesecake super yummy and a perfect dessert after food. Will definitely come to try more flavours before the pop up packs up for good. Would be absolutely amazing if they could open up a permanent store in Glen Waverley, it is absolutely amazing for quick catch up with friends with out the want for an entire meal.
Cheesecake on a stick. Need I say more? A super decadent dessert for the sweet tooths. Choose your flavour, and your concoction is made on the spot. Frozen cheesecake on the stick is the canvas and its painted with caramel and chocolate sauces, cookie bits, crushed nuts and more. I chose the golden gaytime and this is not for the faint hearted. Super rich and super sweet.
Spectacular, I think on a cold day, in winter go for the caramel triangle. I loved it, wasn't too sweet or oily, light on the tummy and would always go back again!
Loved the waffle with chocolate and strawberries! it was super chocolate-y and will satisfy your cravings. I recommend you bring a water bottle! 😊
A sweet tooth’s dream with such indulgent desserts to satisfy even the most critical of dessert lovers. Their chocolate covered cheesecake with the ability to choose your own topping is reason enough to stop and get your sugar rush
My first thought was what a great Idea! CHEESECAKE ON A STICK. as a lover of cheesecake I had to come here. Heaps of topping to pick from effort was put in for presentation and was delicious
Stix is one of my all-time favourite dessert places. For absolutely no regrets order the caramel biscotti waffle. It goes down an absolute treat. The service is great and the cheesecakes and waffles even better.
Coffee is average, but I can’t be sure if that because the waffles are sooo sweet.
Will definitely be back again!
Amazing. Ordered through uber eats, everything comes in separate containers so nothing melts. Try the Golden Gaytime Waffle! It will not disappoint.

Amazing idea! Cheese cake and waffle on a stick. What would you want more? Easy take away of these beautiful cakes on a stick for only 10 dollars. All worth it. You can choose the flavour you like the most but i must say that only the cheese cake itself is so nice!! There are some tables where you can sit down and enjoy the sweetness.
If you haven't tried them out ..you should. It will become your next must have.
Cheesecake on a stick. What a simple and brilliant idea. Bloody big and the Oreo crumble was very sweet, but took half home to finish off tomorrow. Give it a go.
Just got home from work and one of these badboys was sitting at my door with someone else's name on the bag, clearly delivered to the wrong address by mistake. What is a young man to do. The ice-cream was melted but the tub was still cold to touch. Good enough -- in I hop.
Generous helping of strawberries and bananas lathered with Nutella way beyond the limits of the waffle itself. That's the kind of attitude to toppings I can get behind. The waffle itself wasn't the greatest but I'll put that down to lack of freshness from sitting at my door for maybe 45 minutes to an hour. I'm sure it was better when it was still hot. Ended up having to pour the ice-cream down the sink but what are you gonna do.
Overall, free, unexpected waffle covered in fruit and Nutella waiting at your door when you get home from work = five stars, would recommend this experience to friends and family.
Loved their cheese cake on a stick! They also have many variations.and a heaven for all chocolate lovers out there!
Too be honest the waffle was very tasty with strawberries very fresh and sweet. but my only issue was cleanliness and seating availability, firstly the tables were dirty with it needing a simple wipe down, there wasn’t that much of seating options with the tables available were dirty. the menu had a wide variety of selections all for a reasonable price and they were very generous with the portions. haven’t tried anything else other than the nutella and strawberry waffle with vanilla icecream would recommend it!
Omg, this was so good, my all time favourites, biscoff and nutella toppings on my cheesecake. Love it.
