I highly recommend Edible Blooms! Their gifts are absolutely stunning, and brighten up any occasion. I ordered a chocolate bouquet for a birthday, and had some issues so emailed their support team, who were so friendly, helpful and ended up calling me which made things so much easier. They are a delight to work with, and I will definitely order from them again.

A Mother’s Day letdown to say the least.
My mum lives interstate and I’m her only daughter. I placed an order for my mum for Mother’s Day and selected the delivery date guarantee option for Friday 6 May so she could have it early.

I get an email from Edible Blooms on the Friday at 5pm (close of business) to advise me their delivery driver has Covid and my special gift can’t be delivered however they advised they will deliver my mums gift the next day being Saturday. So I thought all good.
However I spoke with my Mum on Saturday night and on Mother’s Day to find out her delivery NEVER arrived! I’m am absolutely livid and disgusted with Edible Blooms. What a way to tell your mum thank you and you love her by ordering a special gift that never arrives. Edible Blooms you should be ashamed of yourselves. I challenge you to order a special gift for your own mother’s and then find out it never arrives. Experience the heart ache my mum and I experienced.
I will be seeking a full refund from Edible Blooms plus an apology and explanation personally to my mum from Edible Blooms of why she never received her gift.
Edible Blooms should be reported to A Current Affair and not be in business. I hope reading this review deters anyone thinking of ordering through this company. They are a disgraceful, non-efficient, unprofessional, untrustworthy, disappointing company. I will never use Edible Blooms again!

Loved receiving my get well soon package! It’s a huge package filled with nothing but the best chocolates. Presented beautifully in a bag and ribbon. Highly recommend gift for anyone needing a hamper! Very happy indeed!

Edible Blooms was a truly seamless and joyful experience. While away for work, I had the spontaneous idea of sending a choclate bunch to my daughters school. The catch - I ordered last minute and delivery was best during school hours so she could have it before the end of the school day. These lovelies delivered (from order to delivery was under 3 hours!) and my daughter couldn't wait to call me and tell me about how special, how loved she felt and how tears came to her eyes because her heart was so full of love. This is a truly heart based company. If you're looking to send the emotions of love and thoughtfulness, then Edible Blooms deliver this experience in spades! A real pleasure.

Ordered the ‘Love with Posy’ chocolate bouquet and ordered it with same day delivery, they arrived perfectly on time and they are beautiful. I highly recommend them as a quirky little gift to brighten someone’s day. I was worried that my order wouldn’t arrive as I ordered it on a Friday, so I emailed them and promptly got a response, they were very helpful!

I have been buying countless gift packs from Edible Bloom over the last 10 years, their service has declined as they have become more popular. I must say they have gone from reliable quality service to reliable DISAPPOINTMENT.
I don't know why I keep giving them a chance to prove me wrong and yet again get disappointed, especially with their TERRIBLE and UNRELIABLE delivery service (of course now COVID has become their standard excuse)!! Edible Blooms, why do you make promises that you can't DELIVER?! How many more times are you going to disappoint me and ruin many happy occasions?! 😩😩😩
