Had such a great experience. The staff were so nice!! They greeted us straight away and everything was made so fresh! I got to watch them make our meal. Even the coffee was great! Had the chicken mushroom kaake and that was so beautifully made! Can’t wait to go back!

Gee

The kaake was delicious and clean and didn’t leave us bloated. Had the special kaake which had some meats and cheese melted through it with capsicum. The egg and bacon omelette was a little lighter in filling. Loved the zaatar oil/dip to go along with it. For dessert we had the kanafe which I found a little bland. All in all, a great lunch with really friendly staff!

This place is awesome. Really authentic Lebanese food that seems to be a cut above the usual Lebanese bakeries.

I particularly love their Kaake's, they hit the spot every time. The coffee is excellent too.

I was surprised by how good the food was. Their signature bread was really soft, I had it with spinach and cheese filling. Coffee was good too

Is this better than A1? Could be! You should definitely try it and decide for yourself. Had takeaway from here a few times, it’s always great and really fresh. Up the cool end of Lygon St as well.

Thank you so much to the chef at sesame and soul. First time we tried this place through uber eats and WOW. All the office girls loved this and are raving on about how light and fresh these pies were. So delicious and great quality ingredient. Light dough and not greasy. Thank you for the complimentary Baklava that was such a sweet gesture from you guys and we thank you. We will defiantly be ordering again x

Got the big breakfast and swapped the Sunil with the halloumi
The kaak was warm and beautiful!!! All the sides complemented it so well
It had so much of everything and I really felt satisfied after the meal

Great lunch! Couldn’t figure out why this place was not busier... I came with two toddlers and they loved their falafel wraps while I really enjoyed the chicken tawouk platter. I will be back to try the impressive list of Kaakés!

Great coffee (had a iced latte) and delicious food. The breakfast is very generous and something a bit different from the norm. Good place to grab some food for a snack or picnic as well

It's been 2 years since my last visit here & it had to be my first stop after landing in Melbs.... The food is just as amazing & flavoursome as I rember it! the crew running the place are always so friendly and kind! definetly a must try in Melbourne if you want something extremely tasty and a little different from the usual cafe menu! p.s The chicken fold-over is 100% worth a try!
