My partner and I visited this cafe for brunch and I can gladly say that I would highly recommend it if you're ever around the vicinity of Monbulk. Customer service and the staff demonstrating that actually care about quality service towards their customers and food is of paramount importance - this is something that they certainly delivered. Our experience from the moment we walked in was one that made us feel truly welcomed (being welcome d and quality customer service may be a rare occurrence in the busy operations in hospitality). As we sat down we were presented with their brunch menu and what we were mostly glad about was their breakfast serving till 4pm! Furthermore we they offered to show their dinner menu for future occasions along with their wonderful range of vegan dishes! We decided to try a plate of their renown egg range - salt & pepper hash brown, rocket & baby beetroot leaves, 2 fried eggs and a light wasabi creme drizzle. A surprisingly healthily hash brown was served with vegetables laced through and wonderfully balanced with the salad sides and drizzle. My partner had a french toast with marscapone cheese which had the perfect coating with a lovely thick and soft bread with delicate serving of maple syrup which was absolutely delectable! Overall I am pleased to say that I will be a frequent visitor to the wonderful Bernado's cafe.

Went for dinner on Friday night with friends. Lovely atmosphere. Our waitress, Tara was very friendly, professional and attentive The wine selection was fantastic. The menu was extensive and interesting to read. The food was all amazing. It was a bday dinner and we were able to bring a cake. Also you cld not fault the coffee. We went away saying tht we wld come back. Thanx Brendan and staff for a gr8 dining experience.
