I really like this fish and chip shop, it stands out to me as it's not just one of those standard order and takeaway. They have a little bit of class about the place whilst the menu has a few nice extras such as sweet potato chips or potato cakes.
Great food! Fish was crispy and not overly battered while the chips were hot and fluffy. The calamari rings were very tasty - soft and juicy on the inside although the scallops were a little on the drier side.
Very nice setting, comfy booths and friendly staff.
Some of the healthiest tasting fish n chips I've had. The burger was amazing, definetly on the gourmet side of burgers. The chips looked oily and yuck, was a little disappointed when we got them home at a first glimpse but shouldn't have judged at face value. Nothing oily about them, light fluffy inside, crispy outside. Dim sims were high quality and larger than you get from most fish n chips shops. Definitely a step up from your standard fish n chips. Fish was also perfect.
Thoroughly enjoyed by all.. Had "A 'Healthy Chick (Naked Burger)" HUGEMUNGOUS serving, bursting with succulent flavours, hands down one of the BEST "naked burger" by far! (P.s- not so "healthy")
Best fish and chips. Happened to be in the area but would drive from McCrae to come eat here. Fresh salads, crunchy batter, crispy and fluffy chips, beat potato cakes! Hubby had the a'boss burger and he loved it.
A beautiful little establishment, clean and pristine. The customer service was excellent. A fish made you feel welcome and relaxed. I ordered the salmon with dates chips and salad. This dish was value for money. My mates dish looked just as scrumptious. I would recommend this cute little food bar
Fish, burgers and chips are great! Fish is so fresh! Salads can be a bit bland. When ordering on a Friday or Saturday night we’ve waited at least half an hour for food a few times and some items have been missed - check you’ve got everything before you leave!
