Love their signature Shio Tori Paitan! Thick and flavourful chicken broth with truffle oil added. Creamy ajitama (soft-boiled eggs), chargrilled chicken slices, and yummy piping hot noodles makes this a perfect ramen. There’s also a side of green chilli paste to add an extra depth to your soup. A must try! おいしいです!
Absolutely delicious! We were looking for a quick noodle lunch and fate brought us straight to Ramen Toriichi. We feasted on the signature lunch special which was served in three parts and ordered a side of these pork bun pancakes filled with chicken katsu, they were amazing!! We will definitely be back again soon.
Nestled into Waters Rd in Neutral Bay is Ramen Toriichi serving up some drool-worthy dishes that will totally hit your Japanese comfort food cravings. Their signature dish of Cheese Chicken Katsu is a marvel in itself with a crispy crumbed chicken outer encasing molten cheese just begging to be drizzled into your mouth. I also tried the Toriichi Chicken Ramen and Roasted Pork Chashu Ramen which were lovely and warming with rich broth. Classics such as Chicken Gyoza, Edamame and Cucumber Shio made for beautiful lunch that is already pulling me back for more! Service was warm and attentive. A pleasure!
Plenty of options here including items like fish skin you don’t see very often (and is yum if you didn’t know) and lotus root shops. They have this cheese karaage which is different and filling. The ramen had a peppery taste to it,I like it! Came as a guest
Great tasting ramen and sides with both indoor and outdoor seating. Chashu ramen soup was thick and full of flavour, and the cuts of chashu were very meaty which I loved! The cheese chicken katsu was a highlight - the mozzarella was melted perfectly and stringy to pull apart. Would come back!
One of the best Japanese spots for sure! Their delicious ramen is perfect for this winter weather and the innovative Cucumber Miso and Toriichi Special katsu make the experience ever more memorable 😋 The place is small and cozy and the servers are all so kind and friendly! Can’t wait to come back soon ❤️

Ramen Toriichi specialises in delicious chicken-based broths and has recently added a pork-based broth to their menu. I enjoyed slurping up the Ninniku red, it was super thick and full of flavour.
My only complaint is that I didn't think the ramen or spicy gyoza was spicy at all, even though they were marked with chilli symbols.
I recommend trying some of the side dishes as they were really tasty and pretty unique. They had this awesome cheesy katsu and the texture was perfect with the smooth, creamy cheese and crunchy batter. The cucumber miso was a nice surprise, super refreshing.

been visited this restaurant a week ago and I love it!
Had the special ramen set - what a great idea. Excellent food. Sashimi the best we’ve had in a while. Feels like there’s been a positive change here - congrats to the whole team for a top notch simple dinner. Great value.
I am usually a tonkotsu (pork bone broth) fan when it comes to ramen but I got to recommend this place as they serve the richest and thickest chicken broth I’ve had so far!
The red garlic one is garlicky and slightly spicy while the white one is creamy and packed with flavour yet not too salty. The only down side to me is that the chicken tenderloin was a bit dry and bland. Would have been better if fattier cuts are used.
Their cheese chicken katsu is filled with oozing mozzarella cheese and cream that’s super satisfying.
The spicy gyoza were comparatively not so outstanding as the former items really surprised me.
Miso cucumber is very refreshing and made a great appetiser too.
This place is conveniently located in neutral bay, it’s a small shop but not too busy on a sunday night. Ordering is easy with an iPad.
The broth is thick and rich and they do chicken “chashu” instead of pork. The shoyu broth was salty but not overly so. The spicy broth is not toooo spicy, but warming.
It was a little confusing as to what’s in the ramen as the description was not super clear, which resulted in we adding egg to the ramen that already has an egg 😂
I did wish the eggs were the marinated gooey centred type, but it's not :(
Overall fuss free experience and delicious noodles. Also has rice dishes if ramen doesnt float your boat.
Ramen Toriichi is such a hidden gem! I was extremely impressed with the chicken-based ramens, and this is now one of my favourite ramen places of all time. The Niniku Red ramen was so delicious, and I loved how thick and rich the soup was, in the best way possible. I also loved the deluxe ramen teishoku with the half Shoyu ramen and mini chashu don. The side dishes were so tasty and unique as well, definitely try the cheese chicken katsu and miso cucumber. I loved my meal here and would highly recommend trying out Toriichi's incredible chicken based ramen and Japanese food!

Tasty broth, good texture ramen noodles and generous servings. Pretty good
Unfortunately the Red Toriichi Ramen was way too spicy, the chilli was too overwhelming to taste anything (2 stars).
The Niniku Red Ramen (garlic broth) had the perfect balance of garlic and spices. Chashu topping was made with chicken, not pork, which was different. Could’ve used a bit more seasoning for the chashu.
Giving it 4 stars because the Niniku Red Ramen was delicious!
Not authentic Japanese but it’s pretty good for a lunch option!
The food here is outstanding. The noodles in the ramen as fresh as we’ve had both here and in Japan. Great value for money. We were actually shocked how good it was. Kirin beer ice cold and service great. Is it the best ramen in Sydney? I don’t know. Is it the best ramen I’ve had in Sydney? Definitely. Thank you.
I believe I'm that guy who's been to a ramen place twice and still never had the ramen haha. These cheesey katsu bites are hectic and my inner fat kid loves them! Hidden just off military Rd neutral bay check them out.
The overall taste is good. The salmon is thick and fresh, the chicken rice with mayo sauce and the ramen with chicken soup is delicious. Just the right amount for one person.
Nice soup base !
Generous portion.
Great packaging.
Although not entirely authentic Japanese but still tastes very nice
Beautiful Japanese food. The indoor seating is not bad but the outdoor can get a little windy and cold depending on the weather (apparently heaters are all non functional)
The food is overall nice and well presented. Didn't find the ramen amazing although I do like the pork and chicken broths respectively. The broth is thick but not Gumshara thick.
I personally think the extra ramen portion would ruin/dilute the broth so just order it standalone or just ask if they can separate the extra serving on a side.
The deep fried food are nice, and love the smon skin. the curry is not bad either. The pan fried gyoza isn't the normal japanese gyoza I've had but still alright.
Will come back for more.
