One of the best restaurants I have ever been to to serve churasco. I was fortunate enough to be seated near the kitchen and saw the chef coordinate which meats needed to be served at which table. It was like watching a master coordinate an orchestra for the Royal family.
The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Each morsel was a credit to the Hunter gatherer days of our ancestors when they decided to cook meat on a spit roast. Only they have mastered the pink tender juicy insides and we'll roasted coating on the outside. I am salivating just thinking if their rump beef, I have never tasted anything like it in my lifetime and I'm someone who would describe themselves as a carnivore in a single word.
The service was incredibly well timed and I think there were 14 dishes all up. You are certainly not left wanting and each dish was an artform, except the pulled brisket which seemed like it should belong on a burger. The cheese scroll thingo was also extremely salty so beware and have water near you. I also don't know how they have the water temperature just right to make it so refreshing.
Chefs certainly know their meats and I can see why it's always packed when I drive past!
A few foods served on skewers. Make sure you grab extra when they first offer food if you are hungry as we went when it was busy on a Saturday night so there was a bit of a gap between service.
Cocktails were good also.
No words can justify this place…but I’ll try my best. When I walked into the establishment I was immediately welcomed by the most fun and quirky staff, who happily lead us to our reserved seats. (Note: I was in a large group which I think makes the experience so much fun) The scenery was beautiful, it’s refreshing natural look with its modern warehouse feel, was just amazing to look at.
As busy the place was, its huge spread out seating allowed us to talk and listen with no trouble. Now the food. It was exquisite! We ordered a option where they brought out little bits of meat, salads, bread and desserts. Anything that you loved could be ordered again and have more of. This was an amazing experience the price I find was fair for the service.
Even the staff made everything even more enjoyable they sung, danced and always had a smile on their face. This was incredible I would highly recommend this place (note I would book ahead as it is a very busy place).
