Being a huge fan of ANYTHING chocolate flavoured, I can honestly say, the authenticity of this sweet, delicious chocolate flavour will never be beat anywhere else. The mixture also is very different to any iced chocolate I have ever had. Instead of a standard cup of milk with some chocolate topping and a scoop of icecream, Gloria Jean's secret is chocolate powder blended ice and milk. It tastes super consistent, fresh with the perfect sweetness. Honestly will never buy an iced chocolate anywhere else. This beverage has forever changed my life for the better... no other mediocre iced chocolate will ever compare to the treasure I discovered today.

I haven’t walked past a Gloria Jean’s in ages since working in the city, but I was at Airport West today for work related reasons. I saw the seasonal coffee specials had Choc Walnut Brownie Latte so I decided to try that. The walnut provided a unique hint of nuttiness, the drink was smooth and creamy with a mild flavour of a baked brownie. Lovely seasonal item! I’ve always like their syrupy drinks.

Love gloria jeans. Their tim tam milkshake is probably one of my fave things on earth. Service is friendly, I just wish there was some seating though because the seating at the food court makes the coffee experience less than optimal.
Staff are Friendly and Very Obliging One of my Regular Coffee Companions has a very fussy coffee order. The Staff will make it to suit my companion. If you become a regular which I have they know your name and also what you regularly order. Prices are reasonable but I am happy to pay that extra for a good cup of coffee. As they are in the food court there is plenty of tables and chairs to sit down at. Cakes always look delicious and scrumptious in the window. Muffins are delicious and very yummy and tasty. No matter how busy they are its always service with a smile.
The staff at the Airport West franchise are absolutely delightful, always friendly and accomodating. Coffee is always made as timely as possible and the only issue I have ever faced is a mismade long macchiato.
