Wow, is all I can say! Amazing Chilean food with amazing service by Riccardo, the owner of this little gem.
I would highly recommend the Cheese Empanadas and anything from the burger menu! The salsa is also very, very nice with a mild kick! Modest decor to match the menu. Definitely try the Mil Hojas Caramel dessert!
We will definitely be back and can’t wait to share this treasure with friends & family!

Been coming here for many years, I was initially worried the food and the menu was going to never bee the same ever since the new owners stepped in, but it is still awesome as ever and still the place to be for when you need your Latin food fix!!!
Great service as always and the food is delicious, I also like what they have done with the decor and the menu seems a lot broader than before.
Job well done by the new owners, keep it up!!! :D
Came just before the rush on a Sat afternoon. Tried the oven baked pino (beef) empanadas, the Chacarero sandwich and the seafood paella. We enjoyed the empanadas and the sandwich especially with a serve of chilli sauce/salsa on the side. The paella was nice but a bit under seasoned to our liking. Service was quick initially, started to slow as they became busier. Overall would recommend.

Excellent food and Chilean wines, you will enjoy particularly the cuisine. The best of all are the meat empanadas, that is my favourite, but everything else will be as good.
Their churrasco is one of the best steak sandwiches ive ever had. That marriage of the avocado, chilli and mayo is fantastic. Friendly staff too. Im happy i found this place, ill be back soon.
What a random find in Noble Park! Delicious food well priced with super friendly and prompt service. We loved the sandwiches and both the meat and cheese empanadas. will definitely come back for more...with friends! super recommend for anyone in the area.
A fantastic setting to enjoy great authentic Chilean food. La Bohemia always has lively spanish music playing that accompanies the decor very well. The cheese empanadas were perfectly cooked and the hot drinks from the cafe were delicious. For me, this cafe stands out as the best in the area combining excellent ambience, food and customer service for an overall fantastic experience.
On Saturday the 1 April i went to La Bohemia with some friends for dinner. I knew the previous owners and was keen to try it out. I can only say the food was awesome, the service fantastic. looking forward to going back to try the corn pie.
Ok so l live over 100kms from La Bohemia, what could possibly attract me to this cafe/restaurant when lm in town? 'El Churrasco' of course and great coffee!!...now l just reviewed a place close to home and couldnt help compare it with la bohemia. Top marks for la bohemia in price and taste! Dedicated and friendly service. Wish you opened shop here on Phillip Island!!
One of our regular go to places when we're in the mood for some good local Chilean food. They are usually open for dinner only on Fridays and Saturdays and other days it's in the day only. The service there is really good and staff are super friendly. I think they remember us now when we show up!
There are a range of great dishes on the menu but our usual dishes include the Churrasco which is like a burger with steak slices, avocado, tomato, lettuce, onion and mayo. The bread is crispy and warm and the chilli sauce that they serve with it is amazing. The sauce comes out separately in its own little jar and we always go crazy with it and spoon and slather heaps of it on. It makes such a difference to the flavour. We've had the Bohemia hot dog in the past which has skinless frankfurt, lettuce, tomato, avocado, mayo and pickled mustard. This is nice but not as good as the Churrasco.
We also often order the seafood soup with white wine, tomato and coriander. It also has rice immersed in the soup so it's quite filling. The soup flavour is perfect and they normally give you a wedge of lemon for you to squeeze in to give it a little citrus flavour with the soup. It's a real hearty dish that warms you up. We've also tried the oven baked sweet corn pie with spanish olives, egg, chicken and beef. Another really flavoured dish. It's probably more on the sweet side because of the sweet corn so if you're not into sweet dishes too much then stick to the others. I've also tried the Chupe de Mariscos dish which has cous cous, seafood, creamy salsa and potatoes topped with cheese. This is yet another delicious and hearty dish so you can see the menu options are plenty! We generally order a glass of their house Chilean red wine which is so good. It's a bold and complex wine and goes perfectly with the food. Overall a really great place when you feel like some hearty, home cooked Chilean!

Love their churrasco! Service is always quick, staff are friendly and the place is always so clean ! Spread the word, this place is consistently good :-)
Tried this café for the first time today after hearing about it from a Chilean acquaintance. I had the casserole with rice and it was muy bueno. Had a cappuccino to go and it was one of the smoothest blends I've ever had here in Melbourne. Would go back next time.
Six stars on the food but minus one on the toilets.
Everyone talks about how good and authentic the food is, which I agree, so I skip that part.
Each time I come here, I would feel headache thinking about going to toilet here.
One main door, two toilets inside. Both don’t have lock, the main door lock doesn’t work.
Looks like never get cleaned or maintained.
It is a part of customer experience and I honestly think it’s an important part.
If the staff here use the same toilet, the customer would think if they clean their hands well before going back to work…
(Apologies if the toilet is not for customers… but no matter for who, it is horrible and deserves some attention)
I'm Chilean so I can testify this is authentic Chilean food, not fusion, not generic south American, but 100% Chilean.
The service can be a bit slow but it almost feels like part of the Chilean experience 😒 (it could be better though aside from jokes). The food is really good and generous portions.
They also have Chilean products for sale which you can't find anywhere else. I absolutely recommend the Papayas on juice, these are Chilean Papayas that are not like the regular Papayas you find at shops (or anywhere in Australia for that matter) and they're delicious!
Another must-try are the cakes and/or pastries.
The trip from the city to the cafe was well worth it for delicious authentic Chilean food. We tried pastel de choclo, empanadas and sopa de mariscos. They make amazing cocktails- we had 2 pisco sours and took home some Chilean sweets can't wait to try them
La Bohemia Cafe is a great place to go and experience authentic Chilean food and drinks, everything is made perfectly and is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend checking out La Bohemia for lunch during the day or dinner on a Friday or Saturday night! It is honestly so good!
How come we didn't know about this place before?
Don't judge it from the outside, just get in and order one of their fabolous dishes. Nice Chilean cousine that feels and tastes like home.
Even my daughter was amazed by the sopa de mariscos, just beautiful.
This place is awesome and so glad its nearby.
The Bohemia Churrasca is delicious with well seasoned tasty thin steak slices stacked inside fresh crispy bread, lettuce, avocado, tomato, so simple but so fresh and good and the chili sauce that comes with it is a great addition.
I've had it twice and can't wait to come and try the menu with a few drinks.
Service is friendly and welcoming with decent coffee and a cake selection too.
Absolutely love this Chilean restaurant…. The drinks, food, owners and staff are just amazing. So friendly and feels like your welcomed into the family each time you visit!
